Cynthia groaned as she was starting to come around. She slowly opened her eyes before realizing she was alone, locked up in some sort of jail cell underground.

Cynthia gasped, but tried getting herself together. Who knows how long she was passed out. The fashionista did know one thing though.

"I gotta get out of here..." She said.

Just then, Cynthia heard the cell door open and looked to see the 3 Diamond Dogs from earlier enter.

"Oh, good you're up" The small one said and came up, grabbing Cynthia by the arm which she instantly cringed over.

"W-Where are you taking me?" Cynthia asked the Diamond Dogs who began dragging her off somewhere.

"The pony said she won't do anything unless you're there" The bigger Diamond Dog replied.

The Diamond Dogs brought Cynthia into a bigger room where she soon saw Rarity.

"Oh, Rarity!" Cynthia gasped in relief, running over and hugged the unicorn. "Are you okay? Did they hurt you?"

"Don't worry about me, darling" Rarity assured her friend. "I'm much better now that you're here"

The human and unicorn then looked back to the Diamond Dogs, remembering they were still here.

"Uh, I hate to tell you this but I think both our minds are about to be changed on that" Cynthia told Rarity nervously.

They backed up as the Diamond Dog came closer towards them.

"Oh, please Diamond Dogs" Rarity begged while she and Cynthia clutched onto each other. "Please let us go"

"NO!" The smallest dog know as Spot firmly said.

"You're our precious little pony and human!" The biggest dog, Fido declared.

"Forever!" Another dog, Rover laughed evilly.

Cynthia shakily asked the Diamond Dogs. "What do you want from us?!"

The dogs only answered with one word...

"Gems!"

"Find them!" Fido ordered. "Find them all!"

"Oh! Is that all?" Cynthia asked now more in a calm demeanor.

Rarity began searching with Cynthia at her side, using her gem finding spell and soon found some buried under the dirt in front of them.

"There" Cynthia said, marking an 'X' in the ground with a stick. "A lovely pocket of jewels right there"

"Now, if you'd be so kind as to show us the exit?" Rarity told the dogs as the girls began to leave but were stopped by a guard.

The Diamond Dogs laughed giddily. "Good. Now, dig them up" Rover told the girls.

"Excuse me?" Cynthia had an annoyance look on her face.

"But you said you wanted us to find the gems" Rarity clearly stated to the Diamond Dogs.

"Yes!" Spot replied. "Find and then dig"

"Dig" Rarity and Cynthia both gave deadpanned looks.

Fido nodded. "Yes. Dig"

Seeing they had no other choice, Rarity reluctantly began digging up the gems while Cynthia helped as she took a stick and began chipping away at the ground. But the way the girls were doing their digging strategy was in the most slow and inefficient way possible.

"What are you doing?" Fido growled at the girls. "We said dig!"

"Forgive us, but prior to you so rudely dragging us down into this dirt pit you call home, I just so happen to have had a pedicure and there's no way I'm getting dirt on these babies" Cynthia showed the dogs her newly painted fingernails.
