Jess's POV

"YOU'RE BACK!" Max yelled charging at me ready to give me a huge hug. I tried to slide underneath him but he predicted this and grabbed me as I ducked down. He pulled me up and started to squeeze the life out of me. I was blushing so hard right then. When I was finally released from Max's clutches, I turned around and saw everyone grinning.

"Hey! I know what you're thinking...but it's not like that! We're just friends!" I said trying desperately trying to get the thought out of their heads.

"Really~ That's not what I saw~" Nick said pointing out the fact that I was blushing.

"Umm....I'm so confused...." Shark said causing us to all turn around and look at him.

"Oh! We were just talking about how cute Max and Jess looked toge-" AK started to say before I slapped him. Hard.

"OW! JESS!" Max yelled probably waking up the whole building.

"What's going on here?" Dr Jin said as he walked out of the lab. He studied us closely, but when his eyes drifted over to Red and Shark he immediately stiffened. I noticed that they had the same reaction as Dr Jin, there even was a few tears glistening in Shark's eyes. They stood there for a few seconds just staring at each other wordlessly before breaking out of the trans and plunging the room into an awkward silence.

"So... You guys know each other?" Sky said trying to break the awkwardness between all of us.

"Nope," Red said in a monotone voice causing us all to look at him with annoyance.

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN NOPE! YOU MEAN TO TELL US THAT YOU GUYS JUST STOOD THERE STARING AT EACH OTHER FOR A WHOLE MINUTE FOR NO REASON!" Sky yelled making everyone in the room flinch.

"Yes?" Shark said in more of a questioning tone.

"I'm watching you guys...." I said looking at the three of them suspiciously.

"So...Dr Jin can you help Nick, he seems to have sprained his ankle." Ghetto said looking at Nick with a worried expression.

"Sure! Come with me Nick!" Jin said as he grabbed Nick's arm wrapping it around his shoulder and slowing walking him to the lab. After they left we all looked at Red and Shark curiously.

"What was all that about? Don't say it was nothing because we already know that was not nothing. You three know each other don't you," I said as they sighed.

"Look we know that you don't believe us but we are telling the truth. There's nothing going on that you don't know about," Red said almost convincing me. Almost. Just as they said that I noticed the sun start to go down.

"Well we'll see about that in the morning. For now let's just go to bed. Red and Shark your bedroom is upstairs, first room to your right. Goodnight everybody," Nick said ushering us into our rooms.

"I still don't trust them," I heard my roommate Sky say as he changed into his pyjamas.

"Me neither that's why I'm going to go spy on them," I said as I changed into my pyjamas as well.

"Are you sure that's a good idea? I mean what happens if you get caught?" Sky asked me in a worried tone.

"I'll be fine don't worry about me," I said as I quietly opened up the door to our bedroom.

"I trust you Jess..." I heard Sky say as I close the door behind me.

I hope I don't regret this...
