You were at the clinic- bickering back and forth with kou. "No! I don't want that big ass needle stuck in my arm!" You exclaimed as you had decided stubbornly that no matter what happened you won't get injected. how do people stay silent and bear the pain? You thought
Your train of thought was stopped by kou, "it won't hurt," he said after sighing at how stubborn you were being, in the morning too he had convinced you to come to the doctor's clinic. He had noticed earlier that week that you were being extremely tired and were just mopped around the house. He had also observed that you would only eat a portion of your whole meal.
Due to all those reasons he was now here with you holding your arm to prevent you from running away, "NO YOU CAN'T!" You screamed in horror as you saw the doctor bring the needle near you, this caused kou to grip your arm even more tightly to keep you in place. "It won't hurt [Name], it'll just be a tinge," kou argued, grabbing you into a headlock and rubbing his knuckles on your head.
"Stop bullying me!" You cried.
The doctor who had tried to approach you two, just stood at the sidelines watch the two young adults bicker constantly with each other just as children do. "But I don't like needles," you said as he was neither budging from his point nor releasing the headlock. "But you'll die if you don't take the test" kou said nonchalantly releasing you from the headlock . You just kept quiet as you didn't have any comeback this time.
Kou glanced at you from the corner of his eye and sighed, he brought his and up and rested it on your shoulder, he then pulled you forward and whispered something in your ear. His words definitely had some weightage as he saw your eyes widen a bit with clearly evident blush on your face. "Shut up!" You said as kou only smirked at you.
You turned towards the doctor and said that you were ready for your blood test. He made sure that you were seated and took your arm in his hand while the other one was linked with kou's. You closed your eyes and looked away as the doctor completed the procedure. You re opened your eyes as the doctor assured you that you could open your eyes. He then gave you both a candy as you two got ready to leave.
You were walking back home with kou when kou spoke, "see it wasn't that bad now, was it?" He said teasingly. His voice coming a bit muffled because of the candy he was eating. "Shut up!" You said as you remembered those words that he whispered in your ear just moments ago which caused the blood to again rush up to your face.
"[Name], please take the blood test. I just can't bare the thought of you, the only person I care about dying."
