Chapter 3 : All the Rumours aren't True

"So Elena, from our sources there has been rumours of you dating someone and as you should expect we would like to know who the lucky man is" The Interviewer smiles at her and she chuckles in response "Well, I've been in the acting industry for almost eight years and I know that these dating rumours are inescapable but sadly, I'm not in a romantic relationship with anyone"

"How can we be sure?"

"From my past interviews, some with you actually I clearly stated that I wasn't interested in dating while I was still working as an actress, in all honesty I'd rather focus on my career more than anything else" She looks at the interviewer waiting for their next question "What about the tailor shop?" The interviewer leans closer to show interest "My Father is friends with the owner and I visit the shop regularly as Father wants to keep in touch with the owner" "Oh, how is your Father, I'm sure that he is very proud of the woman you've become" The interviewer finally changes the topic "Yes, my Father has been really great, he's absolutely proud of me and hasn't stopped supporting me and my dreams ever since I was born"

"Ok, I'm sorry but I just really have to ask" They pull up a photo of Elena and Harry walking out of the shop "Paparazzi caught this two weeks ago, is he the owner of the shop?" "Gods no, he is a regular customer, me and him are really good friends and he comes in to get suits every once in a while, quite the drama queen I should say" Elena chuckles.

After that interview the hoard of reporters and paparazzi lessened as Elena had an alibi but, she had to be more careful as to where she goes since she never knows when press will be there. Good thing that she was invited to film an upcoming movie.

"Why didn't you tell me?"

"I couldn't, I was too busy to say anything-"

Elena slaps Chris in the face "Don't you dare, you knew what you were doing, you could've stopped it!" Chris looks at Elena as she gives a betrayed look "I'm really sorry"

"Your sorrys don't mean shit to me anymore" Elena walks away "Great Job guys! That was good" The director says as he looks at the monitor "You guys can take five" Elena goes to Chris again "Did I hit you too hard? I'm sorry if I did" Chris chuckles "It's ok Elena, I have been slapped a bunch of times, I'm getting used to it at this point" He comments as Elena laughs, they both walk off the set "So, are you actually dating someone, cause from what I know there is a possibility in that" Chris asks as his makeup artists and costume designer retouches him "Gods no, I've had the occasional crush but never dated anyone"

"You have been single for like twenty years now, you should really try getting back on the dating field again" Chris says as he is handed a water bottle "Says the one who is a hopeless romantic" Elena chuckles "Elena! Wow I didn't know you'd be on set today?" She turns her head and see's Scarlett and Robert "Yeah I'm actually gonna be here for a while" "In America?" "Yes here, where else?" Chris nudges Robert "We should go to Elizabeth's trailer, I heard she had this new fancy wine" Scarlett offers "Oh sorry, I can't have to finish filming first then I have to call someone after this, but I'll join you if I can" Elena smiles.
