Chapter 1

𝕀𝕗 𝕔𝕙𝕒𝕣𝕒𝕔𝕥𝕖𝕣𝕤 𝕒𝕣𝕖 𝕥𝕒𝕝𝕜𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕚𝕟 𝕖𝕒𝕔𝕙 𝕠𝕥𝕙𝕖𝕣'𝕤 𝕞𝕚𝕟𝕕𝕤 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕥𝕖𝕩𝕥 𝕨𝕚𝕝𝕝 𝕝𝕠𝕠𝕜 𝕝𝕚𝕜𝕖 𝕥𝕙𝕚𝕤

Alisa's POV:

We did it. We actually did it. We saved the world and defeating Dracula without having to untie the knot and getting rid of humans or vampires. 

My brother starts laughing. I look over to where the others are putting the rubies back in their frames.

"No Nicu, that's the Pyras not the Tova."

"Which one's that again?"

"The earing."

"There's an earing?"

Malcom laughs and takes the ruby off Nicu. He puts it in the earing and passes it to Joanne.

"I believe this is yours milady."

She laughs and takes it off him.

"It is indeed. Thank you good sir."

This makes everyone laugh a little before they continue putting everything back.

-----Magical Time Skip-----

It's almost dawn, the heirs and Nicu all climbed onto the Elizabetha. They all head below deck. Immediately Hindrik and Karen appear and start bombarding them with questions.

Alisa's POV:

"What happened?"

"Did Dracula untie the knot?"

"Are you all ok?"

I hold up my hand up to stop them. I sighs realising I'll have to explain everything before we can sleep.

"No Dracula didn't untie the knot n-"

"Then how come we're still vampires?"

"Because I didn't untie it either. It-"

"What? That doesn't make any sense. I thou-"

"Let her speak! She can hardly tell you what happened if your interrupting her every other sentence!" 

"𝕋𝕙𝕒𝕟𝕜𝕤 𝕃𝕒𝕣𝕤"

"𝕐𝕠𝕦'𝕣𝕖 𝕨𝕖𝕝𝕔𝕠𝕞𝕖"

I give him a smile before turing back to Hindrik and Karen.

"Neither of us untied the knot. Dracula destroyed it. We realised the world didn't need to change. The world has been fine up 'til now with both humans and vampires. We are what we are and we shouldn't have to change that."

Silence. Are they mad? Do they think I did the right thing? Oh god what if they're disappointed in me. 

"Well done Alisa."

I breathe a small sigh of relief. Now all I have to do is convince my mother I've done the right thing. That's not going to be fun.

"Right, to your coffins all of you. You've had a long night and need to sleep." Karen says as she starts ushering us towards our coffins. Nicu walks across the hall to the classroom.

"Nicu, you don't have to sleep on the floor in the classroom." 

"Yeah well, I'm not sleeping in a coffin. It's weird."

I smile and shake my head and walk into the dorm. I didn't realised how exhausted I was until I climbed in. The second I closed my eyes I fell fast asleep.
