"Mom what happened?" I asked but I wasn't really concered, over time I had lost my love and feeling to her
"None of your damn business!" She yelled throwing a pilliow across the room "it was that stupid Charile, that Jerk!" I notice she had one heel on the other foot she and no shoe
"Did he drop you off here?" I asked sitting on the couch
"Do you think he did?" She said pointing to her body. "Just go to school and leave this house" she said throwing my school bag at me, making it slide across the floor so it was right at my feet.
"I still have an hour and-"
"Then leave go somewhere else so I don't have to see your damn face!" I got up
"I dont want to see yours, Thanks for bringing your horrible mood into this damn family!" I yelled while walking towards my room
I was so mad at her for everything even though it wasn't her fault but at least she could have tried to put the pieces of her life back
Before I shut the door I heard her whisper, "We don't even have a family"
I went to the ice cream parlor near our school, I mean ice cream for breakfast is fine for me
It was only minutes away from my first class so I could just eat ice cream with Jess until school started. But she didn't come after a while so I assumed that she over slept. She didn't answer my texts and she was usually late
As I was eating my Rocky Road, Ryan sat down at the empty chair in front of me
"Hey Jade" Ryan said smiling and rested his elbows on the table.
"What do you want?" I said taking another scoop of my ice cream "nothing I wanted to have a talk" I rolled my eyes
"Why did you leave so early school doesn't start for another hour"
"I needed to get away from everything, my Mother mostly"
"I'm sorry to here that" his eyes turned soft when you said "whoa, did I just here you say sorry" I cupped my ear, he laughed
"Hey I can be nice" he said leaning back on the chair
"Like when?" I said looking at my ice cream
"Just to the people I really care about" his voice turned into a different tone when he said that, he then looked into my eyes and smiled.
"So your saying you care about me? I said "maybe" and he got up and walked away.
Jess came walking in minutes later "sorry I'm late I was doing something for my history project" I laughed
"You mean sleeping" She smiled and took my ice cream
"It's okay I wasn't doing anything important" I said
I went to school hoping I wouldn't see him again, but he had to come to my locker. The lockers 4 hallways away from his, the locker that wasn't near any of his classes. He leaned against the one near mine. I grabbed my books and left. But I could hear his fast foot steps running behind and walking next to me.
I turned my head so I looked at him, man for the first time he was gorgeous, his blue eyes looking into my eyes and his pink lips, so lush and perfect. Then I realized I was starring at him so I looked down the hallways again, hugging my books closer to me.
"Jade?" He said softly, I could see from the corner of my eyes that you were looking at me, why all of a sudden you're acting nice, it's not like he was serious about caring for me. As we were walking together down the hall many people stopped to say hello or talk to him.
"Jade, talk to me" he said softly, but he were begging in his eyes
"What?" I said annoyed, I didn't even know why he was walking next to me.
"I wanted to know if you wanted to go out for dinner later" I stopped walking, my mind completely froze, he just asked me to dinner, him Ryan asked me. So he was now standing in front of me. "So? What your answer" I laughed "what so funny?"
"You think I would fall into your trap just like that?" I walked around him and down the hall, but he quickly caught up next to me
"Jade, it's no joke" but the sound of his voice was serious. But then his hands grabbed the side of my body and I felt the fiery feeling spread through my body. I didn't bother to move it I just keep walking. He realized that I like the feeling so you pulled me closer so I could feel the heat from his body.
"I can't be with you" I whispered, our noses were touching and I could hear Evert breath he took
"Tell me Jade" he pulled be tighter "tell me why" my breath was heavier
"Because no one will ever love me, it's impossible" and let go of you arms and walked down the halls ignoring you calls from the halls
