𝙲𝚑𝚊𝚙𝚝𝚎𝚛 1

People were in a dark room in the Emperor Palace. Everything was quiet. After a few seconds, sounds of a baby crying could be heard. A maid took the baby in her arms and smiled.

"Its a Girl! The Empress has blessed us with a girl!" Said the Maid as everyone started cheering for the future sun of the Obelian Empire. The Empress smiled and asked if she could hold the baby, the maid didn't hesitate and gave her the baby. She smiled while looking at her. The Empress lost her smile as she looked at the Maid infront of her.

"Is Claude coming?" The Empress asked with an sad expression, after since that Dancer 'Diana' came he barley spend time with her. He has every right to fall inlove with another person, as their marrige was forced. She still loved the Tyrant emperor with all her heart though.

The maid lost her smile and looked at the Empress with an sad expression. "I'm sorry your majesty..But his Majesty is busy with his concubine. I don't think he will come." As the Empress heard that she looked back at the baby who was currently sleeping. She smiled then, 'Atleast i have one person to give all my love to.' The Empress thought. After a while of silence she realized that she hasn't given the baby a name yet, so she thought and came up with an perfect name for an future Empress.

"Her name shall be Amarta de alger Obelia." The Empress said as the maids started cheering again. The maids bowed and chanted a blessing.

"Long live the future Empress of the Obelian Empire." The maids chanted over and over again. After the chanting was over, a brown haired maid came to the front and bowed.

"Hello your majesty, I am Lilian York  and I have a Request, may I speak it out to you?" Lilian Said as she smiled at the Empress. The Empress immediately liked her, she couldn't see any evil thoughts behind that smile.

"You may speak." Said the Empress. While holding her baby tight to her.

"My Request is it to take care of her highness Amarta, as you will be busy with work, so I thought I could be the Nanny to her." Lilian said with only pure kindness in her voice. The Empress thought about this, yea sure she will be busy but could she really trust this woman who just came up to her and asked to take her of her baby? She sighed as she made an decision.

"You may, but if I ever see you causing harm or anything bad to my baby, you will be punished. Do you understand?" The Empress said with an serious voice. She was ready to become like her Husband if it's about her baby. Lilian nodded as she asked to bring the Baby to the Jewel Palace, as there is where crown Princesses or Prince's are supposed to stay, while the Emerald Palace are for the other children of the emperor. The Enpress gave her baby to her and smiled sadly.

"Take good care of her. I will come visit soon." The Empress said as she went to rest on her bed again, after giving birth she didn't have any power to continue on talking. Lilian nodded as she left with the baby. She headed to the Jewel Palace. The knights and maids brought the Empress to her room in the Emperor Palace to rest.

Amarta's POV

Amarta opened her eyes as she saw that  she was in a crib, she tried to say hello but the only thing that came out was "Eepo?" The little princess was shocked to hear this, she then looked at her fingers and realized how small they were. She then thought in shock

Soon after she thought that she started to try to calm down. 'So the last thing I remember is dying in my hospital bed due to cancer.. And now I am here? Is this heaven? Because gold is everywhere and it looks heavenly. But, it must be true that every angel is a baby like on the pictures! I can't even talk properly! I should ask God if I can get my normal talking and Height back.'  Amarta thought as she started to look around the room. After a while, a brown haired woman came in and took the baby, amarta looked at her in awe 'She must be one of the high ranking angels if she is so tall!'  Amarta thought as the woman smiled warmly at her.

"Hello little Princess. My name is Lilian York and I will be your nanny from now on." Lilian said as Amarta just stared at her in shock. 'Wait, my nanny? Princess? AM I THE ADOPTED DAUGHTER OF GOD!?'  Amarta thought as she soon came to realize something.

'Wait..I am a baby, I get called princess, I can't talk nor move properly...did I perhaps get reincarnated? AND AS A PRINCESS AS THAT!? This is the only possible way it could be! I thought reincarnation was only in movies but it seems like it's real! Maybe my mother and father will come visit me soon! I wonder if my father and mother are a King and Queen or an Emperor and Empress..AGH I HAVE SO MANY QUESTIONS! Thinking so much is exhausting, I wanna sleep over this!' Amarta said as she started yawning.
Aa the Brown haired maid called Lilian heard her Yawning she laughed.

"Seems like our little princess is still sleepy, hm?" Lilian Said as she put the Princess back in her crib.

"The princess should continue on to rest for now." Lilian said as she went to sit on a couch next to the crib watching the princess falling asleep.
