"Okey you look exited.."Mr.Kim said and give a fake smile while preparing for the contact. "I will just send him to your room since your roommate is gone."Mr.Kim said and start filling up that blank space on the contract.
I just nodd and smile at him.

"You know the rules right?"Mr.Kim asked while filling up.
"Yes!"I said.

"Okey, *rule no.1 No back out *rule no.2 Always listen to the tutor *rule no.3 We should live together until the school year ends. *rule no.4 No third party." I said.
"That's good!so here write your name and signature."Mr.Kim said and hand me the contract.
