Part 9

A plate was suddenly fell on a floor and Madam Jose was stepped on the some of the broken pieces of the plate with her right foot. Dafune was shocking as she saw that. She was panic. She approached Made Jose. She asked Madam Jose how she can help her. "Find the first aid kit in my room" said Madam Jose while pointing her room. Dafune went to the room. She searched the first aid kit and found it in a drawer. She took it and brought it to Madam Jose. Then, Dafune do the first aid treatment to Mdam Jose by cleaning the wound of her right foot and cover it with a bandage. "I think you should stay here Dafune. I have no one. I once had a daughter but she died five years ago. Then, my husband died two years ago. Both of them are victim in a car accident. I lived alone now. I am lonely. Sometimes, I felt that I want to commit suicide but I feel that my husband and my daughter will be sad if I do that," Madam Jose told her story to Dafune while Dafuen do the treatment. Dafune was sad when she listened to the story. Both of them were crying. Dafune felt that she had to take care of this old woman as she gave her some good meals and treat her well. "I can take care of you but I have a question. Can I stay here," asked Dafune even she knew the answer. "Of course, sweetie. You can. In fact, you can have you own room as there is an empty which is my daughter room," said Madam Jose. Madam Jose felt happy as Dafune willing to stay here. "Let me clean the room first. It not been used for a long time. Maybe it become so dusty," said Madam Jose while took a brrom and the dustpan. "It's okay madam. I can do that. You should rest," said Dafune. 'It's okay. I will be fine" Madam Jose insisted. Dafune cannot looked Madam Jose was the only that cleaned the room as she was injured. She decided to help Madam Jose. Both of them cleaned the room together. Even Dafune had a maid in her house before, she still helped the maid to clean the room. She is not like a typical rich girl who is very spoil, she liked to be independent person. She also treated her maid good.

Then, at that night, both of them watching a movie which is Skull: A Mascara de Anhanga. This movie is a horror movie. They also made some popcorn to eat while watching the movie. Dafune felt so happy because she rarely watching movie together with her parents as they always busy with their work. They might go to other country together but she just stuck at the hotel while her parents did their work. Sometimes, she might visit some interesting places at those countries with her father's worker. For her, her family rarely had a moment when they are together. Then after done watching the movie, both of them went to sleep. Dafune went into her new bedroom. She felt so grateful because she was lucky to have a place to sleep. She cannot complain as Madam Jose is already kind enough to give her own bedroom The room might not as big as her old bedroom and this new mattress might not be as comfortable as her old imported mattress but it still a comfortable place to sleep. She was lucky to meet a kind person like Madam Jose. If she did not meet her, she might still sleep at the street vendor. Before she slept, she still did the facial routine that she had practiced. She still had all the facial care product as her mother packed her necessities even though she was expelled. Dafune thought that her mother might still want Dafune to stay at the house but she scared of Dafune's father. Therefore, she needed to follow the order from the next morning, after done the routine, she slept. in the next morning, she woke up early and took a shower. Before that, she did her facial routine. Then after done taking a shower, she went to the kitchen and saw Madam Jose already done preparing the breakfast. Dafune shocked because Madam Jose woke earlier than her. then, they had breakfast together. After done breakfast, Madam Jose seemed to go to other places. "Where do you want to go, Madam and how about the condition of your right feet?" Dafune asked. "My feet is okay. Thank you for treating me yesterday. Now, I want to go to my shop. By the way, I am a tailor. Do you want to stay here or follow me, Dafune?", Madam Jose asked to Dafune. Dafune was so happy when she heard that Madam Jose is a tailor as she wanted to become a fashion designer. as she need to learn how to stitch the clothes. "I want to go there. Can you wait for a while? I need tio change my clothe first.", Dafune replied to Madam Jose question. Dafune went to her and changed her clothes. Luckily, she had some clothes that her mothe packed for her. Then, she went out from the room while bringing the clothes that she already wore in a plastic bag. "What is that, sweetie?", Madam Jose asked Dafune. Dafune replied" These are the clothes that I had wore. I want to find a self-service laundry to watch them". Madam Jose smiled and said "Sweetie. You do not need to do that. Just put the dirty clothes in the laundry basket at the kitchen. I will put in the washing machine then." "I do not want to be a burden to you. That's why I want to watch it by myself." said Dafune. "It is okay. It is not a problem for me at all.", Madam Jose said. Dafune need to follow Madam Jose wish as she did not want to disappoint this old lady which kind towards her. Then, both of them entered the car and went to the shop.
