Chapter 1: Adoption

Blitzo's POV

I walked inside the orphanage and approached the front desk hello Sir how can I help you today the receptionist asked with a smile um yes my name is Blitzo I have an appointment to view the hellhounds up for adoption I replied very well Mr Blitzo I will contact our director the receptionist told me and I thanked Her.

Mr Blitzo it's a pleasure to meet you someone walked up to me thank you I trust the hellhounds are ready I asked of course please follow me He replied leading me down a hallway I stopped looking at one of the hellhounds our eyes met and She smiled at me I smiled back before asking how about this one the director looked at me ah you have a keen eye Mr Blitzo this one is always on Her best behaviour She is nicknamed resident 666 as She does not have a name as of yet the director smiled.

I have made my choice this one will come home with me I smiled very good Sir come along 666 you're new home awaits the director smiled at the young girl who happily approached the door before it was opened She held the director's hand as we returned too the front desk the receptionist pulled our a form and I signed where the director asked there was a slot labelled name and I thought for a minute before kneeling down too the young girl do you like the name Loona I asked Her.

Yes that's a pretty name She smiled aww I smiled back before standing up and writing Loona in the name section of the form very well Mr Blitzo Loona the director said and the young girl looked up at Him as of now Mr Blitzo here has adopted you and has become your legal guardian He told Her thank you for adopting me Mr Blitzo She hugged me I picked Her up returning the hug I grabbed the form and we left.

I strapped Loona into the passenger seat of my car and got in the drivers seat before starting the car and driving away we arrived at my home and we walked in Blitzo welcome back Verosica smiled at me hey babe meet Loona She is officially my adoptive daughter I smiled it's so nice to meet you Loona my name is Verosica I hope we can be friends Verosica held out Her hand to Loona nice to meet you Miss Verosica Loona smiled shaking Verosica's hand.

I have a surprise for you Loona I had my heart set on having a daughter so here a little welcome home present from me too you I showed Her the outfit I got Her thank you Daddy She squealed in excitement hugging me I hugged Her back before showing Her a pair of pyjamas I had also bought Her so cute She smiled hugging them Daddy will you give me a bath She asked of course Loony let's go I picked Her up and carried Her too the bathroom.

Loona sat on the toilet waiting while I ran Her a bath can you get yourself undressed I asked Her yes I can take clothes off but I'm still learning how to put them on She replied that's alright I can help you I replied once the bath was ready I lifted Her in She seemed to enjoy the warm water letting out a relieved sigh I reached for the no tears full body wash I bought in preparation and squirted some into my hands I started rubbing the soap into Her fur making sure I got everywhere nice and clean.

After I rinsed Loona off I lifted Her out of the bath and wrapped Her in towels drying Her off I helped Her get the clean pyjamas on before carrying Her too bed I tucked Her in and read Her a story smiling as I finished seeing that She was fast asleep I pulled the covers over Her again and left the room leaving the door open a little with the hall light on I looked at the time and decided to call it a day retreating too my bedroom I got undressed and slipped into bed.

I gave Verosica a kiss goodnight and we cuddled together falling asleep shortly after.
