Edith's Point of View

I applied my last touch of makeup and looked into my full body mirror. My dark blue gown covered my beautiful aqua blue dress and my hat fit perfectly on my head.

I remember when I was younger I put on my moms graduation gown and it was like on oversized dress. Now I'm 18 and gonna graduate in an hour. Time flies by fast.

I walked downstairs and my parents and Mateo were in the living room while I was walking down stairs.

My mom first saw me and then she tapped my dad and the room went silent.
Mateo's face. He had a big smile and his eyes sparkled.

"Oh my !!! You're all grown up pumpkin !" My dad cooed and brought me into a big hug.

"I know !! I remember when she tried on my gown and now she has her own !" My mom said tears threatening to fall down her cheeks

My parents back away when Mateo cleared his throat.
"Uhh... You look absolutely beautiful Edith" Mateo said his cheeks rosy red.

"Um Thank you Mat" I blushed smiling like crazy.

"Ok ok kids stop flirting and let's go !!" My dad said rolling his eyes playfully and we hopped into his truck.

When we got there everybody was greeting each other. The families had to stay in front of the auditorium and the students had to stay in the back of the auditorium. Once the clock strikes 6:30 the doors open and families rush in to find great seats.
I'm hoping they'll get front row.

I saw families rush in and I could see my Mom, dad and Mateo in front row and Eleanor with Louis sitting with them.

"Oh No" I whispered to myself.

"EDITH WE'RE GONNA GRADUATE" Giovanna yelled and ran towards me. Hugging me, I saw Dale walking towards us with a smile.

He joined the hug and Giovanna started tearing up.

"Oh Gio just shut up. We'll graduate in 20-something minutes and your crying !!" I chuckled and shook my head.

"Ok everybody get on your positions !!! We'll start walked to our seats and then the speeches then we get our graduation papers and we're out of high school and into reality. Let's do this" Mrs. Clarkson said and we followed her instructions.

Louis' Point of View

In the corner of my eyes I saw Mr. and Mrs. Garcia.

"El" I nodded my head to their direction and she smiled.

We were here to support Edith. It's her graduation and El wanted to come and support her. I didn't feel comfortable since what happened between Niall and her. But hey, El wanted me to come so I did.

"Mrs. Garcia !!!!" Eleanor yelled and ran to Edith's mom.

Mrs. Garcia smiled and gave Eleanor a big hug. A boy that looked about 19 was with Mr. Garcia and I decided to greet Mr. Garcia.

"Well, Louis Tomlinson! How you doing son ?" Mr. Garcia shook my hand and smiled.

"Thanks sir ! I'm doing fine, you ?" I asked quickly glancing at the mystery boy.

"Fine thanks. Just happy to have my baby graduate already." He smiled. "Oh and this guy is a friend of mine, Matthew."

Matthew smiled at me and shook my hand. There's something about him I just can't make it out.
