I stared at the white petal, speechless. Only one question was running through my head, Why the heck did I just cough a petal? I flushed the toilet and searched it up. I saw results that I wasn't too happy about. "Hanahaki is a disease of one-sided love, where a flower blooms inside of a person's body slowly growing and suffocating the person". I couldn't believe it. "I-I have h-hanah-haki" I whispered in a broken voice on the verge of tears. I tried to keep calm and made my way to class.

'CLASS IS DONE!!! FINALLYYYYYYYYY' I said in my head with excitement. I walked out of class into the cafeteria and saw Gon, Kurapika, Leorio and Killua sitting at a table.
"Hey guys!" I said with fake joy
"Hey" they all responded.
"What happened earlier?" Kurapika asked. I answered without thinking
"I have hanahaki, that's why I was coughing earlier" I said bluntly in a bored way. Only to cover my mouth and mentally facepalm myself.
"W-what?" Kurapika said
The room was dead silent. I was prepared for being scolded for not saying sooner but what I got wasn't what i was anticipating...
