Alright guys the explanation. (Searched on google)
Hanahaki is a fictional disease where the victim (Y/N) of one-sided love begins to cough petals and flowers of a flowering plant inside their lungs which will grow large enough to make it impossible to breathe. (In this story I'm gonna give you two options on how to deal with it, I'm so nice U-U)
Option 1: Confess and live happily ever after IF they don't reject you. But if u do get rejected you will cough a lot more often and die the next day. (Yeesh I probably shouldn't have made it so brutal...OH WELL IT'S DONE POSTED SO TOO BAD)
Option 2: Get surgery to remove the flower but NEVER be able to love again. And when I say love I mean love for anything.
Welp I don't know how this story gonna go but I'll try my best with it. It's my first time writing hanahaki so spare me the hate please T^T. I'm gonna give my best and I hope it comes out good.
