George couldn't help himself from being happy, even with it being just the bare minimum.

Dream being jealous meant that there was some kind of feelings, and literally any indication of them, even just the tiniest little crumb, was enough for George.

He was just getting completely swept away, all doubts and worries just fading in the back of his mind. Dream could be his, it was so close in sight, George was sure it wouldn't take much longer at this point, the other had to be realizing he did truly want something more, right?

Dream, on the other hand, still in his denial ways, was feeling much more conflicted about everything.

He really didn't expect to have this whole thing with George to go on for as long as it had. What, nearly six months now? Dream had planned for this to be a casual, occasional thing that he did to release any pent up energy on George, just because he knew he could use him. And, it was originally supposed to end soon after it started, especially because he thought George would lose interest as well.

But, Dream found himself looking for excuses to have this continue, just wanting George more and more, unable to keep his hands off of the other for long, even if he tried to stop himself.

As much as he didn't want to admit it, the sex with George was so good, so much so that Dream couldn't stop thinking about him.

George's responsiveness at every touch, his shameless desperation, the things that fell from his lips as Dream fucked him.

Oh god, his lips.

That was the one thing Dream was keeping away from, knowing kissing was just a little too close. But, with just one taste, he was hooked.

How? Even after all this time, the constant sex for literal months, Dream still wanted more.

He knew something changed, could feel a slight shift that happened just over the last couple of weeks.

Dream didn't really want to know the cause, or rather, didn't want to deal with the ramifications of whatever he was hiding from himself.

"George," Sapnap chuckled, "You seem to be in a happy mood today. Get some good news or something?"

George lulled his head to the side, wanting to just burst after keeping this secret for so long from one of his closest friends. And, dying to gush on about his feelings and progress that he could never tell to anyone else, especially since he was in such an amazing mood.

But, Dream hadn't said anything about telling people, so, George still had to keep quiet.

Still, George could be vague and give some half-truths.

"I guess you could say that. I've been working on something for just a really long time, and I think it's finally coming together," George beamed.

"Hm," Sapnap hummed, "Well, it's good to see you smiling. You were so mopey for a bit."

George let out a breathless laugh, cringing slightly at his demeanor being so noticeable, "Was I?"

Sapnap nodded, pinching George's cheek, "Yeah, even Dream said so."

Oh my god, Dream was talking about him to Sapnap! George realized, completely dazed. Not only did he notice, but, he mentioned that fact to someone else. He wondered what else Dream had told him. George needed to know more.

He opened his mouth to ask, Sapnap's hand still on his face, but, George never got the chance as another hand, out of nowhere, smacked Sapnap's away, cutting off the conversation.
