"Not bad." N.N complemented. Boyfriend felt a bit awkward, this was the first time Daddy Dearest ever complemented him on anything! Well... a version of him. He didn't understand why D.D wouldn't let him and Girlfriend date in peace, he's proven himself one too many times already. What's his problem. Maybe he was just super overprotective of her? But he's put his life on the line for her in a literal war zone. He brought her unharmed, without a scratch, and he was full of them. If it wasn't for Pico, then who knows what would've happened.
Boyfriend broke his train of thoughts so he could answer Nather Nearest's complement, "Thanks. So, can you help us get home?"
"I'll need some time to figure out a portal, in the meantime, try not to die." N.N advised, worrying Boyfriend, not wanting Pump to get himself killed in this unknown city, how would he explain this to Skid? How would Skid react? He didn't want to find out at all.
