Diseased (Nash Grier FANFIC)

Task 1

ALEX'S POV

I woke up around 4:30 the next morning to prepair for my first day of scavenging. I took my small bag of things and walked into the bathroom trying not to wake anyone. I quickly got ready, putting on a black Nike workout shirt and some dark green ripped jeans and black running shoes. I tried to fix my face and pulled up my hair in a messy poinytail.

I made my way down to the kitchen and grabbed a muffin. Nash turned the corner and didn't look happy to see me. He was in a white t-shirt and dark blue jeans. What was his problem with me!?

"Hey I'm sorry about yesterday....I just..... your a girl and I didn't want you to get hurt. Cam was right I was being a douche." He looked at the ground.

I was silent for a while. "Its okay." Was all I said the entire morning. We piled into the van into the garage and started down the empty roads.

A ways down we found a little store and pulled in. I couldn't quite make out the name.

We walked in and Cam turned around.

"Okay guys I want you to search the place. Find weapons, tents, food, blankets, anything we might need and shove them into ruffle bags. If any of you run into....trouble..... just holler."

We split and I went off getting huge duffle bags from the camping center. I began to grab camping supplies and shoving them into the bags. I heard something around the corner, but before I could make my way over there, JC came over.

"Here," he extended a big stalf and I took it. It went up to my shoulders and was pretty heavy.

"What's this for?" I looked at his mess of brown curly hair.

"Cam said you should have it, says your pretty handy with those." I looked at the stick and grinned. Before I could say anything,one of those things ran around the corner. I held the stick firmly but hesitated. It ran closer and closer to my, but my feet wouldn't move. I stood in horror.
