Chapter 12

Amelia got out of the room she made Ashton wait outside because she didn't want him to suffer if the news were bad. She closed the door and saw Ashton's face he wasn't smiling like always he was just staring at her.

He stood up and she made her way to him, every step she took she felt like a weight was lifting up her chest. She wrapped her arms around Ashton's back and he hold her tightly.

What happened? Ashton asked

I just need a procedure I am still on time but I can't afford it Amelia said honestly but she didn't want Ashton paying for it

Amelia I can pay... Ashton said but Amelia interrupted him before he coukd say something else...Ashton I don't want you to spend money on your one week long girlfriend...

He took her hand and placed it over his chest where his heart was supposed to be. She wanted to let go and just disappear before he started acting like a ahopeless romatic, Amelia loved Ashton but it wasn't a good idea for him to pay for a procedure his one week long girlfriend needed plus she didn't know if it was going go work because like the doctor told her she had a 25% out of 100% of failing.

She tried to let go but he opened his mouth and let the words flow like a river, Amelia I know that we have been a couple for a week now, at first I hated you or that was I thought because I loved you and you were so hard to get because you were so stiff and I pissed you off but then you realised you had the same feelings I had...

Ashton stop this you and I should break up and end this whole mess I am making you be a part of... Amelia said as she tried to stand up but Ashton's grip was strong so she couldn't move an inch.

Amelia saw Ashton leaning and he kissed her and this kiss felt different, she felt how Ashton and her had an actual connection but she had to forget about him and forget about the jdea of his paying for the procedure.

I don't want you to pay a cent Amelia said as she ended the kiss, Well I promise not to pay a cent if you want me to Ashton said and Amelia was surprised by Ashton's words because just a minute ago he was offering his money.

Ashton hadn't changed his mind he was just letting Amelia think that because he was going to help her but not with his money he was going to make a charity event to raise money.

What are you planing Irwin you've guilty written all over your face Amelia told Ashton as she pointed his face that had a small smile plastered on it.

Nothing Ashton lied and he knew he was the worst at lying but he tried to fool Amelia with his answer so she wouldn't discover his plan.

I know that we don't know each other deeply but I know when you are lying Amelia said

Trust me babe and now let's go Ashton said as he kept planning in his mind the event to raise money and Amelia wasn't going to realise he was going to do it or at least that was what Ashton wanted.

Ashton can we visit my aunt I want to tell her everything because I don't want to lie not anymore She told him as she stood up, Sure Ashton answered standing up a second after her.

Right after visiting the hospital Amelia and Ashton decided to pay a visit to Amelia's aunt because Amelia needed to tell her the truth not only because she deserved to know but also because Amelia's guilt was eating her alive.

Ashton was waiting outside the room meanwhile Amelia was explaining every single detail to her aunt who was angry with her but comprehensive.

Ashton decided to attend his phone after a few rings he received, Hello he said and heard a hello from the other line.

Amelia got out of her aunt's room with a grin plastered on her face, her aunt undersyood her and she forgave her for her stupid actions. Amelia didn't see Ashton and she got up stairs looking for her old room.

She opened the door and saw Ashton holding something, she walked towards his direction and saw an old picture of her and her sister on his hands and he had a smile on his lips.

-You look so cute! Ashton told Amelia

-Ashton at that age I started to be the ugly ducking I am Amelia said

-You are beautiful Amelia Ashton said

-Ashton I must tell you something Amelia told him

-Why so serious? Ashton asked her

-Well I think that I should stay here because... Amelia started saying

-Amelia I know you need space and maybe your aunt doesn't approve you being at the same house as me because like most of the guardians think boy teenagers are a threath... Ashton said and Amelia's cheeks turned bright red

Amelia wanted to live at the same house as Ashton but like he said her sunt didn't approve her being around Ashton becayse like many parents she thought we were too young plus she needed her privacy.

-Irwin I want to live with you because I only want to spend time with you but like you said my aubt doesn't approve you being around me, she likes you but.. She told him smiling

-She doesn't want a new niece/nephew Ashton chuckled

Amelia's cheeks turned redder than before and shw started giggling that meant only one thing she was nervous because she always giggled when she was nervous or when things were awkward.

Ashton wrapped his arms around Amelia and he lifted her up, Amelia kissed him softly when out of nowhere she started to be worried because she wasn't alone with Ashton, her aunt was at the living room downstairs.

She kept kissing Ashton because kissing him meant escaping crude reality even if that meant escaping it for minutes but she liked the feeling of being free. She stopped kissing him when she heard a knock on her door and she jumped off Ashton's arms.

-Heeey Ashton said and Amelia shot him a shut up look

-It's my aunt's house not mine Amelia said pointing at the door

-Come in Amelia said sweetly

-Hello darling, I was wondering if you and Ashton needed something Amelia's aunt told them

-No Mandy we just need time to talk Amelia said smiling

-Oh well I leave you to alone but remember I am here Mandy said pointing at Ashton making Amelia blush like crazy

Mandy left the room and Amelia startetd to think that this was the first time she blushed this much. She turned again to face Ashton and he had a cheeky smile drawn on his lips.

-Well I think I'll stay with my aunt and for the money of the procedure I'll work to pay for it don't worry about it She said

-Amelia I will accept the fact you want to live here and that you want to pay for everything you need but I will help you because I..I.. Ashton started saying

-Love you? Amelia completed Ashton's statement and Ashton noded right after
