Tension

"I am maybe the same age as Meliodas if not a few hundred years younger than him after all I am his sister in law." She states in a smirking almost teasing tone as she locks eyes with Meliodas.

The air in the room was thick with tension as Mazoku spoke, The silence almost as thick as the tension. Meliodas glared daggers at Mazoku as her voice stopped speaking, Harlequin was the first to speak up about what the Demoness had said "What does Auntie mean Captain." His voice held confusion.

"Yeah... W-what Does l-lady Mazoku mean Sir Meliodas" Elizabeth's frail voice spoke up from the silence. Meliodas let out a long sigh as he sat the cup in his hand down and faced the mismatched group,.

"I am a Demon" He said with a wide smile on his face it almost seemed forced. Elizabeth eyes' widened at his words as a hand went to her chest. "Now that I think of it. It makes' since because you have aged once in the past 15 years." Ban said as their was a slight tension in his voice.  Harlequin nodded his head along with Ban's words agreeing with him.

"Does that mean Mazoku's fiancé is a demon?" Diane pipes in as her voice held curiosity and slight worry laced with her tone, Mazoku grinned at her question and nodded her head "Mhm Indeed he was." She states as Elizabeth held both her elbows in worry since she was now in the presence of 2 demons. 

Meliodas grinned and wrapped his arms around The princess's waist "Don't worry about us two Elizabeth. I wont hurt you" His voice trails off as a perverted smiles grows on his face and gropes her boobs in his hand "Unless you want me two~" He says cheekily. Diane's eye twitched at Meliodas as did Mazoku's. "Leave her alone Captain!!" Diane yelled as King got a nose bleed. "Ahhh!!! King are you okay!!!" The tiny Giant yells worriedly.

Mazoku let out a laugh that made Meliodas stop his actions to Elizabeth. "That's the first time i have heard you laugh" He states as he backs away from the teenager. Mazoku sighed and crossed her arms "Maybe because you never thought to get to know me or Zeldry." Her voice hinted anger and slight hurt from bringing up her lover. 

Meliodas sighed remorsefully "I never did cause i was always busy" He demanded, Diane looked even more worriedly as  she saw how stressed her new friend was and decided to give her a side hug. Her actions made Mazoku smile softly at her and hummed gently "Thank you dear I needed a hug" She said as a soft chuckle passed her lips.

Harlequin smiled warmly at his two favorite women getting along  "Auntie are you feeling okay your a bit pale in the face "He sits on the tavern counter. Mazoku nods her head as a small warm smile graces her face "Yes dear, I am wonderful just a bit tired from the travel here" She lets out a playful chuckle as she reaches over to Harlequin's cheek and pinched it softly. Diane let out a small giggle as did Elizabeth.

"Lady Mazoku?" Elizabeth whispers softly, Mazoku sighed and turned her attention to the girl "What do you need Elizabeth" Her voice was stern. Her tone made Elizabeth flinch in return "I-I was wondering if it was okay if I asked a Question.." She trails off a bit shyly. Mazoku sighed again and Diane let out a giggle from her sighs, "Fine go ahead." The demoness spoke a bit more loudly. 

The three boys had left the room a couple minuets prior when Elizabeth asked. "Why do you hate me and Meliodas so much?.." Her voice came out as almost a whisper and Diane could barely hear her "Why do I hate you two so much?" Mazoku asks bitterly. Elizabeth nods her head as Diane leans closer to hear the girls better.

"Meliodas sealed my lover away. His own brother. For a wench Named Elizabeth. Who mind you looked ridiculously like you. He betrayed his family a goddess." Mazoku held multiple emotions in her voice; Anger, Sadness and pain.  Elizabeth could almost here how Mazoku's heart broke as the young girl nodded her head in slight understanding of her sadness. The young teen left the room after she decided Mazoku needed time alone with Diane.

Back inside the room, Diane looked extremely worried for the demoness, she reached out for Mazoku and pulled her into a tight hug, Diane voice held worry as she spoke "Are you okay Mazoku? Do you need to lay down." her eyes shined with empathy for the girl "Thank you Diane.. I think I might just go to bed, Do you Mind if you show me to your room?" Mazoku ask politely

Diane nodded her head as she took Mazoku hand and guided her up the stair case, Mazoku's cheeks flushed red from her yelling earlier as she felt so very tired, after reaching Diane's room Mazoku placed her body onto the bed in the middle of the room and fell asleep.
