I don't know why I invited her to the party, I mean she probably was going to end up coming anyways because of Sarah but I'm the one who did it.

Regardless of that, I needed cash and quick.

Friday

I woke up that day to an anonymous text message. 'You going to the party tonight?' I didn't respond to them. Had a hunch who it might've been though.

Ward and Rose were going out of town today along with my mother. I know Ward does a little dirty business on the side, I just didn't like the idea of my mom getting involved.

Sarah and Rafe always threw the biggest parties, it's kind of what their known for. I know a few pogues that call these the "kook parties" Hell I even do as well.

The party always consisted of having drugs, alcohol, sex, bathing suits, and a bunch of teenagers. I personally always went for the drugs and alcohol. I like being in my own little world at these kind of parties.

Night soon came and the party was already happening. I was just about to grab my house keys when I heard a knock at the front door.

I walked over in confusion, maybe it was Sarah?

Only when I opened the door, it wasn't her.

"What the hell are you doing here?"

Vince was standing outside my front door. "You going to the party?" He asked.

I let out a sigh and walked out. I turned around to lock the door, "So you're the one who messaged me?"

"I needed to know if you were going so we could talk." He followed after me as I started walking down the pavement. "We already talked, there's nothing else." I was getting fed up with him popping up wherever I was.

I needed a drink and I wasn't even at the party yet.

"Drop it Vince, you did what you did." He was a little behind me but I could still hear him muttering things.

The Cameron's house was packed with teens, outside and in. Some kids were just out laying on the grass and some were upstairs on the balcony.

I got a few greetings as I walked up the front steps. When I walked through the front door and made my way around a bit I noticed Rafe off to the side making convo with a blonde girl.

He looked over at me and gave a really awkward nod.

"Look all I wanted to do was apologize." Vince was still going at it and this time he said it clear enough for a few others to hear.

I turned towards him, "God would you shut the hell up already, you're not sorry for anything other than the fact you got caught."

He didn't say anything back this time because he knew I was right. I shoved past him to get away from him and the awkwardness that filled the room we were in.
