" Glazed Donut, Please " ( Lars x Reader )

Chapter 2: Arrival

Y/N POV:

The morning before the flight I made sure to pack my stuff, I was going to miss the old place, but I can't wait to turn a new chapter. Well, almost new, heh. When we got off the plane, it all came back to me. I remember the beach, the smell, the places.  Woah, I didn't know The  Big Donut was still around! I decided to walk in after dropping everything off at my apartment. "Hey, can I get a-" I started before I rubbed my eyes and just stared for a second. " Laramie, Is that you?" I said, shocked. "Y/N? What are you doing here!  " said Lars. I explained everything about moving here. Your probably confused right now, so allow me to explain. Laramie (Lars) and I were friends for years when we where kids. "Woah, you look...different. " I said. "I uh, actually go by Lars now. " He said, embarrassed. "Wait are you-" I started. "Yeah, I'm a dude.." Lars said, looking down. "Oh, my bad, I didn't mean to offend you." I said, feeling kinda bad. "No, it's okay. How would you know? We haven't talked in years. " Said Lars, with a small forgiving smile. "Yeah, it's really a shame. I cant believe how much you've grown! " I said. " You too! " He said. "Now that we live close to each other, maybe we could hang out sometime! " He said, with a small blush. "Yeah!" I said, happily, not noticing his blush. "Oh, guess I got carried away. What would you like to order?" He said. "I'll have a glazed donut, please. " I said with a smile. 

Lars POV:

I was just hanging around at work, while Sadie was watching TV in the break room. Then I heard the door open and just stared for a second. Woah. It was Y/N! I hadn't seen them in years. They started to say something, but then looked at me for a while. They looked so great.  " Laramie, is that you? " they said, shocked. Awkward. "Y/N, what are you doing here?!" I said, just as shocked as them. They then started telling me about how they moved into that new apartment built recently with their mom. "Woah, you look...different." They said, confused. "I, uh, actually go by Lars now. " I said, looking down. "Wait are you-" Y/N started, but I cut them off. "Yeah, I'm a dude.." I said, still looking at my shoes in embarrassment. "Oh, my bad, I didn't mean to offend you! " They quickly said. "No, it's ok. How would you know? We haven't talked in years!" I said. I hope I didn't make things more awkward. Changing the subject, Y/N said, "Yeah, it's really a shame. I can't believe how much you've grown! " they said, with a smile. "You too!" I said. They look so different from when we where kids. "Now that we live so close to each other, maybe we could hang out sometime! " I said, blushing. Hopefully they didn't notice that, jeez. I need to pull myself together. "Yeah! " they said. Noticing they where getting a bit impatient, I said, "Oh, guess I got carried away! What would you like to order?" "I'll have a glazed donut please! " They said with a smile. "Okay, coming right up! I went to the back and got a glazed donut and put it in a small Big Donut bag. "Thanks Lars! I look forward to hanging out later! When you want to make plans, just text me." They said, putting a small piece of paper with there number on it on the counter. "See ya!" They said, walking out. Woah, hot.

I have decided that I will put out a new chapter every day! This is my first chapter I'm actually kinda proud of so far. New chapter coming tomorrow! Bye! (:
