~{𝓢𝓮𝓷𝓼𝓸𝓻𝔂}~ a Techoblade x Reader

Part 16: Climb

I quietly snuck up to the three panicking men.

"𝐁𝗼𝗼!" I yelled. Two of them yelled and one of them sounded like a woman. I started laughing uncontrollably as the three scolded me. A few minutes passed and we all calmed down.

"𝐅𝗼𝐥𝐥𝗼𝐰 𝗺𝐞, 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐲 𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐞𝐭." I said to them.

We walked to the door and I opened it. It was darker than I remembered. I shrugged it off and walked them inside. I had my sword ready in case any of us ran into a zombie.

The only thing heard was the groans and growls of the zombies mixed with the quiet breaths of our group. We were almost at the room until we heard a thud. Our heads darted to the source and Clay was on the ground.

He tripped over one of the many bodies scattered across the ground. All sound stopped. No one dared to move.. until the sound of the zombies rushed towards us.

Techno quickly pulled Clay off the floor.

"Lᴇᴀᴅ ᴜs ᴛᴏ ᴛʜᴇ ʀᴏᴏᴍ" he quickly said. I ran in the direction of the room with the men following me. I saw the door and sprinted towards it. I quickly opened it and let the others in.

After they for inside I quickly and securely put stuff in front of the door so nothing could get in. When I finished there were bangs on the door. I quickly moved away.

We stayed quiet, weapons ready in case they got in. Techno had dropped Clay as soon as we got inside. Ten minutes passed and the banging stopped.

"𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘥𝘰 𝘸𝘦 𝘥𝘰 𝘯𝘰𝘸?" Phil asked.

"Wᴇ sʜᴏᴜʟᴅ ʀᴇʟᴀx ᴀɴᴅ ᴇxᴘʟᴏʀᴇ ᴛʜᴇ ᴀʀᴇᴀ ғᴏʀ ɴᴏᴡ." Techno replied. Phil nodded. Everyone split up and looked around the room talking about random things or the situation we were in.

I looked at Techno and he looked tense. I walked up to him and put my hand on his shoulder.

"𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝗼𝐮 𝗼𝐤?" I asked. He looked down at me and nodded.

"𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝗼𝐮 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞? 𝐘𝗼𝐮 𝐬𝐞𝐞𝗺 𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞."

"I ᴊᴜsᴛ ʜᴀᴠᴇ ᴀ ʟᴏᴛ ᴏɴ ᴍʏ ᴍɪɴᴅ, ᴅᴏɴ'ᴛ ᴡᴏʀʀʏ" he replied, smiling at me.

"𝐎𝐤" I said. I opened my arms for a hug and he gave me one. I was definitely worried.

I let go and continued to look around the room. There wasn't anything to look at so I sat down in the corner and watched the others talk, they were making a plan on what to do even though we didn't know what we were doing.

I looked up at the ceiling and saw the open vent. I got up and stood under it, looking at it I wonder if I could get back in it. I reached up and jumper as an attempt, I wasn't even close.

I looked around and saw an empty metal shelf. I walked over to it and got a good grip on it and pulled, I pulled it until it was underneath the vent.

"𝕎𝕙𝕒𝕥 𝕒𝕣𝕖 𝕪𝕠𝕦 𝕕𝕠𝕚𝕟𝕘 (𝕪/𝕟)?" Clay asked. I looked behind me.

"𝐈'𝗺 𝐠𝗼𝐧𝐧𝐚 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝗺𝐛 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝗼 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧. 𝐈 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝗼 𝐤𝐧𝗼𝐰 𝐢𝐟 𝐈 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝗼 𝗼𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐫𝗼𝗼𝗺𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝗼𝗺 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞." I replied. He nodded and walked back to the others.

I started climbing up the shelves until I reached the vent. I poked my head inside and looked around. There were two ways to go, left and right. I was about to fully climb inside until I felt someone grab my ankle.

"Wʜᴀᴛ ᴀʀᴇ ʏᴏᴜ ᴅᴏɪɴɢ?" Techno asked. I was about to reply but Clay cut me off.

"𝕊𝕙𝕖 𝕥𝕠𝕝𝕕 𝕞𝕖 𝕤𝕙𝕖 𝕨𝕒𝕤 𝕘𝕠𝕟𝕟𝕒 𝕤𝕖𝕖 𝕚𝕗 𝕤𝕙𝕖 𝕔𝕠𝕦𝕝𝕕 𝕘𝕖𝕥 𝕥𝕠 𝕠𝕥𝕙𝕖𝕣 𝕣𝕠𝕠𝕞𝕤." He said. I nodded in agreement.

"𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘵'𝘴 𝘥𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘴. 𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘩𝘶𝘳𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘸𝘦 𝘤𝘢𝘯'𝘵 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘸𝘦'𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘰𝘰 𝘣𝘪𝘨." Phil said.

"𝐘𝗼𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐰𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝗼𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝗺𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐲 𝗼𝐧 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐬𝗼 𝐲𝗼𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐧 𝗺𝐞." I said. I wasn't gonna give up.
