We can see two men's around same age fighting against eachother . Well if you can call one guy dodging punches from outher guy and relentlessly beating living crap out of that outher guy
First guy is Peter Parker a student of Midtown High School and a superhero known as Spider Man . The guy who was receiving all that beating is James Crane a student of Midtown High School and was a boyfriend of Mary Jane Watson another student of Midtown High .

As James walked into church he crossed himself and sat onto bench and started to pray for vengance.
James : It's Crane, sir , James Crane . I come before you today beaten ,humbled and humiliated to ask you for one thing. I want you to kill Peter Parker.
Meanwhile Peter was trying to get suit of himself but it stuck on him but suddenly he hitted his head on church bell and Venom start to screaming

As James heared Peter screaming in pain he quickly walked in bell tower . First he was surprised that he haven't seen anyone but once he looked upwards he watched Peter in agonising pain .

As part of Venom splited from all mass it's fall onto James's hand but since it was on jacket James quickly get rid of it but here Peter got rid of another part it has connected to James's hand with stinging pain
James : Ugh .
*Punch on concrete * and more of Venom disconnected from Peter .

As more of Venom connected with James he started to screaming in pain .

The parts of Venom started to fusing themselves with skin , then muscle tissue which resulted James become bulkier ( just same as Venom from Spider-Man 3 ) the muscles jolted with wast amount of pain , then it was queue for veins, capillaries and outher vessels,nerves and organs to fuse with Venom and finally bones become larger and tougher to compete with body size .
Now that body was ready there need to be a little chitchat between Venom and James
