"The next match is Mito Vs. Naruto." Genma said. "Go easy on her." Menma told Naruto once he made it back up. "I will." Naruto responded. He went down with Mito. "I'm sorry if I hurt you." Naruto said to Mito. "I know you are. You don't have to apologize to me." Mito said and smiled at Naruto. He widened his eyes. "Is that a s-smile." Naruto stammered out. Mito nodded.

FLASHBACK (NARUTO IS SIX)

Naruto entered his home with blood and scratches. Kushina walked over and slapped him ignoring his injuries. "Your late. If your later than Menma and Mito one more time you will be in deep trouble." She said while no body was doing anything to stop her. Mito looked over to Naruto in a worried look. She got up and ran over to him. "What happened little brother." She asked. "It's non of your business." Naruto said and walked upstairs to his room (attic).

FLASHBACK UPON FLASHBACK (NARUTO IS EIGHT)

Minato, Kushina, Menma, and Mito were walking in the streets. "Mom, where Naruto?" Mito asked. "No need to worry about that demon Mito. He won't be here to bother us. He currently being taught a lesson." Kushina answered. "HELP!" They heard in a alleyway. Mito turned in that direction and saw villagers beating him up. She started to run to the alleyway. "STOP IT MITO!" Minato yelled but it was to late. Mito went into the alleyway and beat the villagers off of Naruto. He fell unconscious afterwards.

FLASHBACK UPON ANOTHER FLASHBACK (NARUTO IS ELEVIN)

Mito was walking around in the forest after it stopped snowing. It was pitch black and Menma had just saved Hinata Hyuga, heiress of the Hyuga clan. She heard crying. Mito looked in the direction it was coming from and ran to it. She jumped in a tree and watched Naruto cry. "Why, why am I hated. Why does everybody hate me. Why am I even alive if I'm just going to be treated like a stupid demon." He said while crying so it was hard to hear. Mito jumped out of the tree and walked besides Naruto. "Are you... ok little brother?" She asked. Naruto looked up at her with aa scared look. He got up and started to run away, faster than Mito ever could. Mito looked down sad.

END OF FLASHBACKS

Naruto looked at Mito with guilt as they were walking down. "I'm sorry. You've always been there for me unlike everybody else. I thought you were trying to... trick me. I thought I couldn't trust you." Naruto apologized. Mito looked a5 him in shock thorn smiled. "Thank you Naruto. How's that arm of your's doing?" Mito thanked and asked. "Meh. I'm thankful they actually gave me another arm." Naruto joked. Mito laughed even though she knew it wasn't to funny. "So, when is that Deidara guy taking you?" Mito asked. Naruto looked at Mito with wide eyes. "H-h-h-how d-d-d-do y-y-y-you k-k-k-know?" Naruto questioned. Mit9 laughed at the question. "Do you really think I don't snoop around your room or attic." She rhetorically asked. Naruto calmed down and shook his head. "Your not mad or sad?" Asked Naruto a little guilty. "Of course i'm sad, but mad, nope. You will have a good life with your real family, your real brother." Mito said. "BUT YOU BETTER SEND MESSAGES TO ME SO I KNOW HOW YOU ARE!" Mito yelled. Naruto nodded as to say yes. "Does anyone else know?" Naruto asked. Mito shook her head. As they approached the entrance they hugged. "Good luck, you'll need it." Mito said. "You took the words right out of my mouth." Naruto said and they walked into the arena, ready to battle and forgive.
