I tried to run to Luiza's house, they were inviting survivors in so I was trying to find their house. Their family was very kind to the village people so I knew that I could trust them. Covered in a little blood I tried to be quick but silent for I didn't want to get caught. I heard more rawr to my left and quickly turn to see a man trying to shot the monster but was having trouble. I came up behind it and shot it I quickly went to help the man who was injured.
"Are you ok sir?" I asked the man. I've never seen him before he must have been wondering around. I grabbed his left hand to help him up from the ground, thank god he had a gun as well.
"heh, not really." He said showing his right hand that got 2 hands bitten off with blood coming out. I'll be honest, it was a bit disgusting.
"Oh, so sorry I didn't see that sir." I said
"It's fine, I'll just quickly wrap it with something" He said looking at it. I was a bit surprised he seemed so calm with his hand and all.
Later..
So the mans name was Ethan Winters, He came to the village to look for his daughter Rose Winter. He seem like a kind father trying to find his daughter, was very sweet of him.
"So.." he said breaking the silence between us. "How did this all happen?"
I shock my head slightly, unsure on how to answer him. "I have no clue. I was just finishing my dinner when all of the sudden they came. Everything seemed like a war, blood, fire, that stuff you know." I said to him. He nodded slightly.
"I have a lead to where the werewolves came though" I said
"Where do you think they came from then?" He said looking eager to know my theory.
"Well it's more of a theory then a lead but" I said as I was starting to point to the castle. " In the castle, I'm not 100% sure but that castle is filled with death and death only. Once you're in... you never come out." I said starting to looked to the ground remembering a time when I learned that phase was true.
"I also think that's were my daughter is." He said sounding almost confident in his theory.
I quickly looked at him surprised. "You think your daughter is in there?" He simply nodded
"I'm thinking of heading inside." That's when my eyes widen.
Did he not just hear what I said?!
"You're crazy to go in there Ethan. Like I said that castle is filled with de-" I was cut off with a sudden rawr.
We quickly were face to face with multiple werewolves. We both pull out our guns and tried to shot them. But more werewolves came and came.
"Damn it.." I said "Ran out of ammo"
"We may need to split up." He said, I nodded and ran to my right trying to find ammo and some extra ammos or at least some extra guns .
I ran into a house and thankfully found some more ammo, when I picked it up I heard huge sound. a bigger werewolf I thought, I then realized Shit Ethan I quickly put the ammo in my gun and ran to where I heard the sound.
When I got there they were running from something... a bell sound called them off...?
I quickly ran over to Ethan who was wrapping his hand.
"Ethan!" I said running to him.
Once I got to him he got on his feet and ran to the red gates and I followed behind him. He then stopped to reviled...the old woman?
"In Life and in Death, we give glory.." The old woman said. That lovely prayer..
"Uh, hello? You shouldn't be out here. It's not safe" He said to the old woman. He said something under his breath but I couldn't make it out.
" Excuse me? Can you hear us?" I said thinking if I would say something she would know who was talking to her. She then turns to face me.
"Ah well, Hello there Ms. Adelaide. I see you found out what ate your chickens haven't you?" She said to me. Shocked, I widen my eyes wondering how the hell she knew that these werewolves ate them.
"And you... The child's father" She then turns to Ethan. He was confused at first but then it hit them.
"Child? Wait- do you mean Rose? Is she here?" He asked being all worried but hopeful trying so hard to see if his child was alright and at the least safe.
She then laughs, "Rose, Rose, yes!" then she stops laughing and became very serious. "She is in great danger. Even since Mother Miranda brought her to the village, we have fallen into darkness!" She said, Ethan looks shocked up
"What are you talking about? The monsters?" He said confused.
" The castles bell holderaolds danger.." She said. I started to zoon out and look at the castle, I say a figure looking out the window, Was it a ghost? Ethan then walked to me.
"We need to get to that castle, come one" He said heading to the castles way but I stopped him.
"Ethan I suggest we should rest before we enter into the castle. I know a safe place okay?" He nods agreeing. I was tired and so was he. I led him to Luiza's place.
