As night fell Ryder and Rocky kept working hard with Katie being them food and hot chocolate though the night as she had been staying up feeling abit off lately she was thinking she could be pregnant since her and Ryder did have sex. Meanwhile nearly everyone else was asleep Rose was relaxing in the warm pool area by herself with lots of things on her mind. Thunder could be heard though the night as the Air patroller got closer and closer to the storm just like it got closer to Adventure bay.
Rose: mmm I won't let anyone on here get hurt everyone on here means a lot to me even losing one of them would hurt me more then anything and I got my mate Zuma and our pups I will protect them.
Rose got up and dried off and went to find Ryder and  after 2 hours of looking found him with Rocky in the hanger bay fast asleep with the big slingshot finished beside them which Rose was shocked at as a voice came form behind her.
Katie: ah I see I'm not the only one still awake hey Rose?
Rose turned around and saw Katie standing there "hehehe yeah I can't sleep what are you doing awake at this hour Katie?"
Katie: can't sleep either come let's go to the viewing room and relax together.
Rose: that sounds like a good idea.
Rose and Katie went to the viewing room which showed the stars and some of the storm as Katie sat down she picked Rose up and cuddled her giving lots of pats and head rubs.
Rose: mmmm this feels nice.
Katie: hehehe I bet it does hey Rose can I tell you a girl secret?
Rose: sure I won't tell anyone.
Katie: hehehe I I think I'm pregnant with Ryders baby.
Rose: oh my so you and him have been having sex and trying them?
Katie giggled and nodded as she patted Rose more "yeah lots of times now and I was hoping I was pregnant before but now I'm more sure after doing tests on myself and your the first one I have told hehe so this small belly will grow a lot".
Rose: hehehe yeah it will you humans grow more in the belly when pregnant then us dogs do and give birth to bigger babies.
Rose and Katie both giggled as Rose put a paw gently on Katie's belly and smiled at her.
Rose: you will be a great mother Katie and I'm sure Ryder will be a great amazing father are you hoping for a boy or girl?
Katie: mmmm that's a good questions honestly I would love a boy and a girl.
Rose: aaawww that would be great so a brother and sister lovely.
Katie: yeah.
The night went on and as it got very late around 2am Rose and Katie snuggled together and fell asleep on a large comfortable lounge as everyone slept Robo dog was going over numbers for stopping the storm. As morning came Ryder was the first to find Katie and Rose snuggled up asleep on the lounge which made him giggle he left the room and put a note on the door saying sleeping inside keep sound down form Katie and Rose. He then went to the bridge and checked on Robo dog who had finished looking at the storm as he and Ryder chatted about the plan the other pups all started to slowly wake up. As everyone gathered for breakfast Katie and Rose joined them as Ryder entered he smiled at Katie then went and stood in front of everyone.
Ryder: everyone we are getting close to Adventure Bay to home but I'm sure you have all seen the massive big storm now we have a plan to stop it and make sure the town doesn't get any more destroyed the what it already is the plan is....
Rose: I will do it
Everyone looked at Rose including Ryder who sighed.
Ryder: Rose how?
Rose: how did I know it would involve me because that storm is not normal and what we is making it is very very high up no one here can go that high even Skye can't.
Ryder: mmmm your right me and Rocky have built a slingshot that will give you more then enough speed to get up then and hopefully destroy the machine making the storm.
Jenny: is is it going to be dangerous Ryder?
Ryder: yes but I believe with her powers Rose will be alright and able to do the mission no problem.
Roses family sighed and looked at her she looked so brave and ready to do whatever was needed to save everyone no matter as Jenny got up and walked out of the room Rose saw her leave and knew she was most likely upset about maybe losing her again.
Rose sighed: I will go chat to her after breakfast.
Ryder: Rose we have to do the plan around lunch time today or it may be to late to save the town.
Rose: I will be ready Ryder no job is too big no pup is too small.
Rose fed her pups and then left and started looking around the ship for her mum. After awhile she found her mum in the sunroom on the top level she walked up and sat next to her.
Jenny: you have to do it to save everyone right?
Rose: mmmm yeah I'm the only one with super powers and could get that high to take the storm making whatever out but I will be fine mum you don't need to worry.
Jenny: mmm I will always worry Rose I already lost you once and now I got you back and this just feels like I'm going to loss you all over again.
Rose: mum I promise I will come back after this mission no matter what happens I will take it out and come home to you and everyone else including my mate and kids you have nothing to worry about ok.
Jenny: ok I trust you sweetie.
Rose and her mother cuddled as the time was quickly coming that the mission would take place.
