After Madoka's appearance there and then, they talked with her allies which here Y/N and his friends executed the plan.

Chifuyuu:" Houki you need to come to the teachers lounge stat."

Houki rans as quick as possible as she saw Chifuyuu breaking down(as part of their act.)

Chifuyu:" The last time they were seen also is that they are still fighting but during their fight...."

The coordinates were sent to her and she was cleared to go there. Houki flies and Chifuyu used her communicator to contact the others while muting Houki's.
