Long ago Thear was a beautiful and peaceful country. Four Clans worked side by side, using their crafts, to continue to preserve its majesty.
First there was the Air Clan, masters of everything in the sky. Elegant and unpredictable.
Second there was the Earth Clan, who's pure will power could move mountains. Steadfast and powerful.
Third there was the Water Clan, oceans, rivers, and lakes bent to their will. Intelligent and uncompromising.
And Fourth there was the Fire Clan, anything that stood in there way was quickly turned to ashes. Feisty and uncontrollable.
All of these Clans proudly stood under one flag. But sadly all good things do not last. Greed and envy began to bleed through the country. The Clans quickly divided and began to fight. War after bloody war took place. All fighting to have one Clan on the throne. For centuries the fight has continued on. There seemed to be no end in sight. That is, until now.
