Rosie's pov:

Me and Draco walk in together Crabbe and Goyle at his sides at me in front.  We stop at the front of the Great Hall when Draco Suddenly pipes up to who I believe is Harry Potter "So it's true then what they were saying on the train. Harry Potter has come to Hogwarts, this is Crabbe and Goyle and I'm Malfoy, Draco Malfoy" I look to my side and heard a ginger boy with a rat in his hands snigger, he must be Ron Weasley "Think my names funny do you! No need to ask yours. Red hair and a hand me down robe. You must be a Weasley" Draco with a smug look on his face turns back to Harry "You'll soon find out that some wizarding Family's' are better than others Potter" Draco said with a short pause, he looks at me and than back at Harry "I can help you there" He says and sticks out his hand Harry looks at him with disgust "I think I can tell the wrong sort for myself thanks" Harry says in a slight cocky tone. 

Professor McGonagall came up behind Draco and tapped him on the shoulder with a piece of parchment. "Can I have everyone's attention please!" I look over at McGonagall who is holding the Sorting hat. "This hat will sort you into your houses! There is Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw and Slytherin" They way she said Slytherin she must not like that house, well I guess she is Head of Gryffindor house, and it is a legend that Slytherin and Gryffindor hate each other. "When I call your names make your way up to the stool please! She shouted once again "Hermione Granger!" A girl with rather curly hair walked up to the stool where the Sorting Hat was placed on her head "Oh  hmm yes you have good quality's I know just what to do with you!" Everyone was on the edge of there seats "Gryffindor!" I heard Draco scoff behind me and well frankly my Mother and Father have told me be friends with whoever you want as long as there not a Mudblood so I scoff as well. "Rosie Moonshine!" She shouts, I can feel my heart in my throat. My feet take my way up to the stool and the hat was placed atop of my head "I know exactly what to do with you!" Draco's face, he already told me he want's me in Slytherin. The Sorting Hat begins again "Slytherin!" The whole Slytherin table clapped and cheered , my family are like the Malfoy family, were famous and rich so no wonder they want me in there house. "Draco Malfoy!" McGonagall shouts. Draco very confidently strode up. The Sorting Hast doesn't even touch his head as it shouts "Slytherin!" 

He ran over to me and sat down beside me. After everyone was sorted a man with a grey beard who I already know as Professor Dumbledore "Let the feast begin!" He shouts and with a flick of his hand the feast is getting layed out on the table in front of me and Draco. Me and Draco look at each other and start eating. I first go for the chicken, I grab myself some pumpkin juice and put some veg on my plate, I don't like eating in front of people so I only put a thing or two into my mouth. The head boy of Slytherin house came up to us " Follow me please" He said as he took us down to our common room "Now the entry password is 'pure-blood' you might want to remember it because it's the only way you'll be able to get in" He says "Pure-blood" He whispered. The painting turned and we were greeted with an amazing common room. Green velvet couches and a orange fireplace. "Now Boys dormitories are to the left walk down and you should see the, same things for the girls on your right!" He shouts "Moonshine" He whispered a smile and make my way over to him "Unfortunately you have to share a dorm with a boy" I roll my eyes. Great. "But I saw you two talking earlier so it shouldn't be a problem" My face drops and I turn around to look at Draco "Thank god I least I can share a dorm with him. Thank you" I say giving him a high five. 

Me and Draco turn the corner at the end of the Common Room and make our way into his dorm "I didn't think girls and boys were allowed to share dorms" I say running my fingers across the stone walls. "Neither did I" He says shrugs, "Well at least were friends I guess" He says. I laugh "Well I'm going to bed if that's okay. " I say a giggle a little bit. 

I walk up to my trunk and grab out a pair of shorts and a oversized black t-shirt. I walk into the bathroom and get dressed. I come out "Yeah I should to we have our first lesson tomorrow using the levitation spell" I laugh to myself knowing that I'm really good at it. Draco goes over to his trunk pulls out black pyjama bottoms and a grey t-shirt. 

"Goodnight Moonshine" He says 

"Goodnight Malfoy" I say back and fall into a sleep.
