The beginning

All my life I am raised to be the perfect leader for the pack. But there is one secret kept hidden from everyone about their future alpha. The alpha is actually a Luna, but my mother couldn't bare a son, and that is why I am here. My father is forcing me to act like a guy, my hair is cut short and I wear straps around my chest to minimize any indication that I am a women in fact.

And on your 16nth birthday you are suppose to meet your mate and that is today for me. I really don't hope it is a guy, otherwise we will be rejected for having to men as an Alpha an Luna. Also I am not really into men in any case. I just hope today goes well since we have other packs coming over to celebrate my birthday and maybe find my mate between them. Honestly I am scared, I have no idea what to expect, and even if my mate will except me if they found out that I am a girl instead of a boy.

"Eric are you done yet, you need to come down one of the firsts packs have arrived?!" I sat there for a second trying to gather myself. Walking to my door and opening it and looking at my mom with the fakest smile I could muster. "Yeah mom I am done, so who is our first guests to arrive?" With that said we started walking down the hall talking. Turns out the blood moon pack is here. They are one of the oldest pack beside our. We are the New Moon pack. We were there from the beginning of time.

And our alpha at the time had to bite a human to save his live, and when he turned the moon started coloring red, and he was an alpha from the first turning. And from that he made his own pack which is the pack we know now. The current Alpha and Luna of the  blood moon pack is Alpha Jace and Luna Fiona. They are one of the first mates to have boy twins. I have to admit they both are dashing but no thanks.

And our pack is created from the moon goddess herself, one of the most strongest beings the is. My family is direct descendants of the moon goddess. And that is why everyone wants to be mated to my bloodline. But the most worry some is that I am the first girl born into the family, all throughout the pack history, men were always born as the rightful alpha and they mated to a luna. And here I am. Legend says one day a girl will be born into the bloodline that will inherit a sum of amount of the moon goddesses power. My mom thinks it might be me but I personally believe it is a lie.

But you can't go up against legends. But if it is true a war will break out, because it also says if you kill the one inherited with the power and you kill them and eat their heart you steal their power. But I think if the legend is true I will be the first to surpass the war and killing of any innocent people.

"Eric are even listening to what I am saying!?" I looked to my mom and see she wasn't pleased with me. "Sorry I zoned out for a sec say again." She just shook her head. "I said remember to smile and be polite and act like a guy please, even though you always do but still." I just nodded because I am tired of hearing the same words every single day since I can remember.

I did my greetings and just listened to everything as time passed by. By the time the last pack arrive I was over the whole thing. That was until this one girl caught my eye and my all my attention was zoned in on her. She had the most beautiful light brown hair and with beautiful emerald green eyes. She had the perfect tone and complexion with her tanned skin that would make anyone state at her for hours. When she made eye contact with me her eyes changed color to and ice blue. And the wolf inside me started to go frantic.

It is her. I can't believe this goddess Infront of me is my mate. She is the one, and before I could stop myself my fangs elongated and my eyes turned and a loud growl was given by my wolf. "MATE!!" Everyone stopped talking and dancing and having a good time to swing their heads in my direction. They all parted as we started to walk to each other. Yet all of a sudden the Alpha of Cresent Moon pack jumped in between us with a very panicked look in his face while talking.

"Eric wait! There is something wrong with your eyes. It is silver and not the usual red something is wrong." But before I could control my wolf I already made it past the alpha to his daughter and got her pinned on the floor. She looked up at me like she has never this colour of eyes before. Before I could comprehend her next move she flipped us over and said follow me. She jumped off me and shifted into her wolf. And damn she was big and strong with snow white fur and her beautiful blue eyes.

Truly a beauty in disguise and the next I knew I was trailing behind her shortly. I had no control over my wolf or my actions. I followed after her like it was a tag game but making sure I am behind her at all costs to keep her safe with all of the rouges in the woods. I couldn't help but admire her from where I ran and the next she is gone. Coming to a sudden stop to find my mate but she was nowhere which confused me. She was there just a second ago.

Sniffing around to find her wasn't hard but what I saw next gave me and my wolf both almost a heart attack. She shifted back and there she stood in all her glory. Thank goodness for being a girl otherwise my other anatomy might have given me away. O shit I forgot she doesn't know I am a girl and not a boy. So I can't shift back. Other wise she would know the truth about my pack and me. But what she said next was unexpected.

"It is okay you can shift back I know you are a girl otherwise your wolf would look different and when you pinned me I saw a piece of the straps around your chest." It gave me a bit of ease but she looked at me in a pleading manner so I shifted. Standing infront of her looking ashamed of my body. I didn't have a bad one but no one has ever seen me naked before. I just felt a gush of wind and the next she was infront of me. It wasn't normal to move that fast for a wolf but I didn't questions it.

She put her index finger under my chin and lifted my head. "There is no need to shy away from me. You are my mate and I except you. So I, Jasmine Micheals take you Eric Talbit as my mate." I replied with me taking her as my mate and after that I can't remember what happened with our wolf side taking over.
