It was a quiet midnight but the couple can be seen staying at the living room and watching a movie playing on the screen. Jimin was being wrapped in his favorite yellow blanket as he was sitting on Jungkook's lap, getting himself as much heat from the alpha as possible.

The omega would make such purring sounds everytime Jungkook patting him or even caressing his arms. This had caused the alpha to creak a smile on his face as he would plant a soft peck on the crown of his head.

Non of them ever uttering any single word until Jimin shifted from his lap and turned his head to look at the alpha. His eyes were swollen because of crying too much earlier but it does not effecting his natural face beauty at all.

"what is it baby?"

Jimin only shook his head and buried his face deep into Jungkook's chest, sniffing on his musky scent into his system with a pair of closed eyes. The alpha did not saying anything as he just patted Jimin on his back with soft rhythm.

"baby, why your apartment smelled like alpha- i mean the scent wasn't really strong but i can still sense it around here"

The omega rubbed his nose before he lifting his head once again to look at the alpha in his eyes, trying to read his face expression in the dimmed living room.

"i don't know.. my nose kinda stuck right now so I'm n-not really sure a-about that"
Jimin muttered with sore throat.

Jungkook was alert with the sudden change of Jimin's voice. He then moved to reach the water bottle that he placed over the coffee table earlier. The alpha helped Jimin drinking from the bottle and put it away after a few moments.

The omega was actually right, he could not smell really well except for the scent of Jeon Jungkook. He also got no idea of jungkook was talking about another alpha's scent lingering in his apartment.

"taehyungie went to buy medicines and our lunch s-so maybe he carried another alpha's scent from outside e-earlier"

Jungkook poked his tongue inside his inner cheek, it was make enough sense for him to believe the omega as he could not help but to blame himself for making false assumptions about Jimin. A low sigh escaped from the alpha before he wrapped his arms around the omega and brought him closer to his chest.

They were staying in the same position, cuddling close to each other. Jimin loves the warmth coming from the alpha as he just snuggle close with closed eyes. 

The atmosphere was quiet but not until Jungkook heard soft sobbing sounds came from the omega. He pushed Jimin a little bit from his chest to check his condition who was already looking at him with a pair of puffed red eyes.

"Jiminie, why are you crying?"
the alpha asked while he wiped those fat tears using his thumbs.

"i just m-miss you s-so much"

Jungkook formed a smile and hugged the crying omega tighter. His felt like his heart was doing a flip inside his body after hearing the confession from Jimin. He was somehow proud and his chest began to puff out with pride.

"but I'm here and i will take care of you until you're fully recovered okay?"

The alpha then swept the bangs off Jimin's forehead and planted a small peck there, earning soft whimper from the omega in his embrace.

"but your company-"

"i took a week off baby, don't worry"
Jungkook cut him off and planted one more peck on his forehead.

Jimin whined at the familiar tension in his stomach, red blush began to appear on his cheeks as he tried to hide his face away from the alpha. He got no idea what to reply to Jungkook as he just kept his mouth sealed shut.

"he already asleep?"
Jungkook asked to himself.

A small smile appeared on his face as he left some butterfly kisses all over the omega's face before he backed away. He then planned to carry Jimin and tuck him under the cover in the bedroom.

However Jimin's phone ringing as the omega put it on the coffee table earlier. Jungkook raised his eyebrows as he read the nickname on the screen.

namjoon hyung shibal is calling...

"what's wrong with the nickname"

A soft laughter escaped from the alpha as he took the phone. He then reaching out his hand to pick the phone as he began to chewed his bottom lips as he was busy debating with his inner self either to pick up the call or just leave it to stop ringing.

"jiminie ah you didn't call me just like you promised last night, are you okay there?"

"namjoon ssi-"

"wait, who are you? where's Jimin?"
The older alpha cut him off.

Namjoon was frowning in the other side as he felt uneasy when somebody else pick up the call instead of his own little brother. His brother instinct had caused him to get worry over the omega.

"Jungkook is speaking, Jimin already asleep after he took his medicine earlier"

Both of them fall into a few moments of silence. Non of them ever uttering any single word as Namjoon tried to process what the other male just informed him.

"Jeon Jungkook ah?"
The older alpha called just to make sure that his assumption was right.

"yes Namjoon ssi-"

"cut off the formalities already, I got married to your older brother in the first place!"
Namjoon cut him off.

Jungkook brings his hand up to rub the back of his neck as he peeked over Jimin who was clutching over his clothe in his sleep.

"but Jin hyung already disowned me after i almost burn his kitchen a few years ago"
The younger alpha muttered.

Namjoon chuckled before he cleared his throat, finally remembered about the main point of him wanted to call his little brother in the first place.

"why are you with Jimin right now?"
