(Stella's POV)

"The mystic forest houses the coven. A clan of witches with prowess for mystic arts. We'll go there to purge his curse" I say to the general. I was looking at the small map laying in front of me, to see what the coven would look like. The coven was where I had grown up with the other witches and after I had left to join the Frostbourne I hadn't been there since and I was excited to go and see the people that I had once called family. "You've heard of nothing from them, since the undead reign. They're far isolated and the danger that awaits you are unknown!" The general told me and Rain. "We have to take this risk!" Rain said with a slight sign of anger. "And save you again? What are you without a dragon, dragon tamer?" The general sounded mad and was upset that we were making the call to go to the coven. "SILENCE! You speak like zombies are an obstacle, But I alone have faced far more powerful foes then these walking corpse you speak of. I giggle a little with a slight smile and say "Relax-we're now the capable of putting up a fight. Don't worry about us sire "Urgh, Your call, BUT THIS TIME I wont be held responsible for what ever happens to you, dragon tamer. You better get back here sa--" the general said before Rain interrupted and said "We WILL get back here SAFELY, see you soon, sire" And with that the three of us left the room and went outside. We are outside at the gate when Lady Azura turns up to say goodbye to me and Rain before we start to walk out the gate. I was excited to go back to the place I once called home and I couldn't wait to see my friends again but Rain looked a little nervous to be leaving thee kingdom considering the last time he did this, he watched his home collapse in front of him. My book was just floating in front of my but because I was a witch I didn't have any weapons or armour because I had magic but on the other hand, Rain had his two diamonds around his belt and he was wearing his armour but not the helmet, which was fine.

(Rain's POV)

Hours of walking had gone by and it seemed that we were getting nowhere because we were just following a gravel path. We made it through Glacier-ford where all the house were had fallen apart. I felt a sudden pain in my chest when walking through the village because of what happened and I really didn't like it. We had passed the village and were now just walking through a biome with a few trees here and there but much nothing else, really. I think Stella liked long walks but she was effected with a withering heart and she was fine but I was slowing down. It was the late afternoon and it had really hit me now, I could feel my entire body just shutting down, my eyes couldn't focus on simple things and there was a red cloud that would appear every time it got worse. I ended up on the floor, kneeling trying to breath. I could feel Stella's eyes on me and I could tell that she was getting worried about my health. The late afternoon turns to night time and so we stop for the night. I felt so weak everywhere the Stella offered to build the fire and get a log for us to sit on because she didn't want me to get worse by moving. Stella was just laying on a log reading her book with her hat hanging on the side while I think to myself. 'What did I do to deserve any of this?' 'What am I going to do without her, she cares about me to much and I can't let that go' I was lost in my thoughts when I heard the sound that I was hoping not to hear, and out of the smoke came zombies running towards us. A skeleton was quick to fire an arrow but I was quicker and I drew one of my swords, slicing the arrow in two before getting up. Stella gets up with a fright and then sees what is happening and watched me just of the log and run towards the mobs with my swords. I charge at the mobs filled with rage as Stella started to cast a spell. seeing these mobs mad me rage more then I had ever because it reminded me of the time that I had turned in to one and I had lost Abigail that same day too. I kill three zombies with in moments and I throw my sword at a skeleton, killing it as well. I could hear Stella in the background casting spells and out of the corner of my eyes I could see zombies flying backwards. After the mobs were gone I felt like I was about to collapse and die. My energy levels had dropped so much, everything hurt so bad, my skin started to turn black and my right eye colour was black. I look back at Stella who was more worried about me the before and I could tell from the way that she looked at me.

(Stella's POV)

I saw a boat that was floating on the water edge and we needed to get passed the river so that was our only option. I help Rain into the boat but for some reason he kept refusing to let me help him this whole trip and I didn't understand why? We set sail down the river in the boat but it was a little small but that was okay, Rain seemed a lot more silent the before and looked really worried. We have been traveling alone the river for a while now and we were just passing a roofed forest, Rain seemed okay for now but because he wasn't doing anything his state wasn't changing much. "Rain, please look at me, Its going to okay" I say to the dying boy but he just grunts at me and looked back down. We finally reach land and we get out of the boat but at this stage Rain has gotten so much worse that he can barely walk by himself. I help him walk over to where the were small islands of land then water in the middle but because I was so excited I dropped out of Rain's arm and run over to look at the village. I was home, we had made it to coven mostly alive. I suddenly hear a thump on the floor and then I look back and see Rain knocked out on the floor, both his eyes or black, his skin was more damaged and we were slow close to the village. I panic and knee down next to him, his pulse was slower but enough to keep him alive. I get up fast and run towards to village. As I run across the water it turns to ice beneath my feet like the enchantment frost-walker. I ran into the coven only to find that it was trashed. I was freaking out because this was my home and it was destroyed, leaving nothing but rubble. I was looking franticly for someone but everyone was either gone or dead. Mt eyes started to change colour and I suddenly felt uneasy but then I look up and see someone standing on a wall just in front of me, but higher. The figure jumps down and his hands turn to fire. I start summoning in a shield that would protect me from all sides. He the charges towards me and punches me so hard that the shield broke sending me backwards. I didn't have time to react because so fast at hitting me that I couldn't do anything. He knocked me around about three times but I was going to give up. When he knocked me to the floor I got up fast and had my book fly next to me and summon swords out nowhere and fly at the figure but then summoned an arcane beam and blasted him in the face. The figure then hit me with a ball of fire sending me back, hitting a brick wall and it hurt. I look up and see my book next to me and the figure flying towards me at full speed. With my quick thinking and the thought of not dying, I summon in a nether portal in front of me, sending him to the nether and away from the overworld. I take a quick breather to get myself together and find the right book that I need. I slowly make my way over to Rain who is still on the floor and doesn't have long to live either. I start to do the spell, lifting Rain slowly into the air, ridding the curse. Doing this spell made me lose most of my energy, My changed from blue to white, to black and then back to blue. When it was done, the boy was slowly put down and he looked like he was before we left the trip. All my energy was drained from the fight and from doing that spell that I had collapsed into Rain's arms, hugging me back when he sat up. "Rain, your okay" I say very faintly into his ear.

(I think this is my longest chapter that I have written, so far, I don't know. Anyway Wither Heart was Stella's first appearance and I really enjoy writing this book)
