Chapter 12: Lost and Found

 I've been thinking about this chapter for the longest, so now i'm going to use it. Hope you like it.

*Lexi's pov*

9:45 pm

I've been in and out of the lab with Donnie all week, not just because of the whole thing with April, but because we've been doing reserch on the krangg because turns out they've been working on something new that we don't know of.

April came over earlier today for the 25th time this week. I kinda forgave her yesterday, but I still don't trust her.

"Well I better head home now, before it gets to dark out." I said as i grabbed my bag and Bobo who was sitting on the table.

"Ok let me walk you home." Donnie said standing up from his computer.

"I'm fine Berry. Plus i have Bobo. And master splinter has been teaching me some simple self defense moves, so I'll be fine." I said as I kissed his cheek.

"Are you sure?"

''I'm postive. If i need any help your on speed-dial." I said as I headed out the lair and towards the manhole.

When i made it out, Istarted going through the back allys because it was quicker for me to get home. I have the weirdest feeling as though someone is following me, but i just shrugged it off.

I was about to Walk up the fire escape till something grabbed my arm and pulled me back down.

"The one known as the girl has been found by the Krangg."

''What do you guys want?''

"We want what is known as the chip.'' I was about to pull out my phone and call Donnie till one of the robots shot my phone with their gun.

"Hey why would yo--" and then everything went black.

11:50 pm

I woke up inside a dark room with a glass wall on one side, which showed some Krangg bots standing on the other side walking and talking about who know what.

"Let me Out!'' I yelled and I banged on the glass which cracked a little.

"The one known as the girl has been found, which the man named Tim said will not be found." one of them said to the other. That name does sound familiar, but from where

"Just let me out of here!" I yelled again, but they just Ignored me. so i went and sat in the corner of the room and sat against the wall. i felt that me bag was still on my back. Stupid robots forgot to take my damn bag.

"Krangg take the one known as lexi to the cage with the one named Tim."

"Will do Krangg." I with that they picked me up and dragged me to a room with no windows just a door with a small square hole.

"This is the place where the one known as Tim Is being kept." One said as they threw me in the room and shut the door. I saw a figure sitting in the corner hunched over.

"W-who are y-you." I said as I grabbed Bobo out of my bag and backed against the wall.

"L-lexi? Is that you?" The figure said as it lifted it's head. It had a low, deep and scratchy voice.

"H-how do you k-know my n-name?"

"It's me.. Your granddad... Tim."

*Flashback*

"Tim what was you thinking!"

"I was thinking save my family! I did what i had to do and your not helping with all this yelling at me."

"But  was it really the right choice!"

"It was either this or let them come and get you guys! They were going to torture Lexi! I don't know about you but i know what I had to do."

"Well just make sure you hide it in a safe place."

It was 12:45 pm, way past my bedtime. i was standing beside the door listening to my grandparents yell at each other. its been happening alot lately. after about 10 minutes of silence i walked out the room and into the living room only to see my granddad sitting on the sofa staring at the blank tv screen.

"Baby girl? Why are you sttill awake?" He said as he picked me up.

"I had a nightmare''

"Well I might have something that will help." He said as he pulled out a tan-ish stuffed monkey.

"Yay! I love it! Your new name is Bobo!'' I squealed  as i hugged the stuffed monkey.

"You have to promise me that you won't lose him. And that you won't let anyone take him away."

"I promise."

"Well then lets get you to bed.'' he said as he picked me up again.

After i was half-way sleep i felt a pinch in my arm, then my body started to tingle. 3 days later he went missing without a trace.

*Flashback over*

"G-granddaddy?"

"Yeah baby girl it's me." he said and i got up and ran over to him and hugged him.

"They told me you were dead, But i never listened!"

"It's ok. I'm alive now and your ok."

"What do they mean by a chip? I don't have any chip!"

"But you do. Its in Bobo.''

"How are we going to get out of here''

"Through you."

"What?"

"The night I first gave him to you. I gave you a Mutagen shot, and it changed you."

"What do you mean it Changed me! What did it do!" I said as I started backing away from him.

"Your not exactly human. Your Half human... and half.. Metal. Bu i only did it to keep you safe."

"TO KEEP ME SAFE! DOES THIS LOOK SAFE TO YOU!'' I yelled as i pointed to the room around us.

"I Understand you mad, but I can help you, But baby girl you have to calm down."

"Ok, what am i suppose to do?"

"Close your eyes and focus on your hand.'' he said. I did as i was told and held my hand in front of me.

"Good, now think of your hand made of metal. visualize it, see it, feel it." he said so i started to picture it.

"Yes thats it! open your eyes look at you hand!" I heard him saying and when i opened my eyesi saw my hand it was glowing silver with a very light tint of blue.

"Now punch the wall." he said.

"Won't that hurt?"

"Just do it." He said. I did as i was told and held back my fist then punched to wall. It Made a slight dent but i didn't feel a thing.

"Good! If we keep practicing that dent is gonna turn into a hole." He said as he stood up and put a hand on my shoulder.

"Well then. Lets get to work." I said as I Looked at my glowing hand.
