Greyson's Pov
We walked the red carpet together earlier, with our outfits matching precisely. It was pretty warm out as everyone snapped pictures of us, while we gave the same quick smiles and similar poses. Not many of our friends were here though, because it was so last minute with their schedules.
Contrary to popular belief though Sebastian Stan and I never had anything going on, it was simply just a really good friendship. We met during filming at Marvel Studios and ever since then, we'd been pretty close, so were Chris and I too.
"I don't know how you do it." Sebastian smiled, as we walked through the Met Gala's afterparty.
"What? Dress so good, look so good?" I teased, watching my best friend roll his eyes.
Sebastian turned to motion to the fans that were far across the street, lined up as celebrities from everywhere stepped into the party. "I guess you clean up nice, but I meant all the fans, they've been screaming your name since before we even got out of the car." He said.
"I love my fans, Stan, but you wouldn't know anything about that," I smirked, watching him roll his eyes at our beginning banter.
"Touché." He chuckled, as we slipped through the doors. "Want a drink?"
"You know I don't."
"What twenty-one-year-old doesn't drink? You're so weird."
"Aren't you like fifty?"
"Fuck you, I'm twenty-eight,"
"Mhm," I smiled, as he walked away promptly. I would never let these seven years between us, slip away so easily.
Sebastian came back, minutes later, with the biggest smile on his face. "Hey, there's this girl that's been staring at me all night. You mind if I go make small talk?" He asked, walking over from the drink table and handing me a Coke.
He nodded in the direction of the girl and sure enough, I caught her gaze. And she was definitely Seb's type, judging by her constant laughing and smiles, they were gonna get along well.
"Oh yeah, I'll probably go say hi to a few people anyway," I reassured, catching the eye of someone else I knew, not too far away.
"Thanks," He smiled, almost walking away before he stopped to look at me. "Hey, if anyone makes you uncomfortable, call me and I swear I'll kick their ass. I'll try to find you in a bit."
I let out a small laugh, but I knew he wasn't joking. He and Chris have always been like that. "I know, thank you."
"Of course," and with that, he finally left to go find the girl.
Me, on the other hand, I walked through the party, almost bumping into everyone, looking for familiar faces. I saw a few and we talked for a bit, but nothing excited me. Well, until I started talking with Camila Cabello.
From what I knew, she had an ongoing fling with some guy named Shawn and with him not here, she didn't really know anyone either.
"Damn, you look good." She smiled, admiring me softly. Red had always been her color and it was safe to say she looked amazing. I believe she had gone home with her first award tonight. "It's been so long, how are you?"
I let out a small laugh, and I could tell her eyes were asking for a little more than I was willing to give her. "You look great, and I'm good, you?" I said.
"Well, this whole solo career thing is a lot, but I'm working on it. I've also made some new friends, you know Ariana right?" She asked, almost as if she knew about my little crush.
