Rosie was positioned in the control tower as clementine went alone on the camp to retrieve as many ' survivors' as she could . Clem shouted as she neared her cousins who where still playing the game . She yelled at all of them ' Get on the fucking bus !' She could feel the tears sting her eyes . ' Holy- clem!' Luke shouted ' your covered In blood!' He said
' listen go to the bus everything will be explained-' she was interrupted by one of her younger cousins screaming and running towards her , she picked up the 4 year old with ease ' what's wrong H?' She asked in a soft vice
'Jah-jack ih-is sleeping an-duh he won't way-wake up !' The little one choked out between sobs . He had a small hand pointing towards a tree , there was that tuft of bright -light blonde that was so recognizable. Clem walked over slowly holding the scared child's head into her shoulder so he wouldn't have to see more than he already had . There was jack . Dead. That bright smile would shine no longer . Another one of Clementines younger cousins about 6years old held her hand , burning his head in Clementines side , her other cousin from her dads side came over , keep his view away from the brutal scene . Clementine had seen enough. She turned around and left . The older ones knew although it seems heartless to leave him behind, it was what was best .

' is he oh-ok?' The little boy choked on his words once again . 'Harry ...' 'yeah-yes'
'Jack is having a very long and nice sleep right now , you won't see him for a long time Harry but he will always be watching you . You will know when he is ... weather it's a feeling or an idea ... you will know baby .' Clementine had spent her childhood looking after these children and she knew how to explain death without upset .

' I'm scared big cousin clem...' Eric spoke quietly clementine smiled down at him ' how about I sing for you?' The little boy with brown hair nodded with a toothy grin .

Her dad had taught her this when she was young . She only hoped that thus would remind the family of her if she didn't make it out Alive .she smiled and kissed each one on the cheek as they got on the bus . She stopped at luke . The last cousin to get on .
' Luke , please tell my mother and father that I love them .' She felt her eyes well up as she felt him pull her into a tight hug . They had not hugged since they where about 6 and 3. Clementine loved her cousins but she had always wanted Luke's approval in life .
He spoke while in the hug

' we all do ... Aaron wants to name is daughter after you when he has one . If he gets the name before josh does that is .' He patted her back
'Make it out alive ok kid ?' He smiled .

The bus doors closed . And the first bus packed with children left to the nearest police station . Clementine watched as her little cousins cried as she waved goodbye to them . The bus disappeared out of site and the next one pulled up . George got out , so did clay
' Clementine ... look Alice has gone crazy and we need to go . Please let us come with you to help people.' George said shyly. Clementine only snapped back in return ' no. That's not my Alice . That's Katie pierce .' She looked at him dead in the eyes ' she wants me . Not you .'
