We finally got to the train.we were 15 minutes late,since Talin thought it was a good idea to take a short cut we've never even heard of.anyway—an old friend of mine had lived around here,actually,they lived right here.devils train was known for its stories.the most known story was that monsters had hung out around there.im not saying they were wrong,I just think monsters is a kinda harsh word. "Your late" a figure had appeared from the woods beside the train tracks. "We're always late" Elliot replied sarcastically.the figure had finally gotten close enough so I could see their face.the figures name was lee.they had a scythe beside them,though it didn't look like one.it looked like a person,well,actually it was a person. "True" lee chuckled. "Long time no see william,I'm assuming I didn't see you because you were grounded?"I nodded in reply. "Yup,mom decided to ground me because I cut my hair short again.y'know,the usual"I shrugged it off,she always found ways to ground me.she spoiled me like crazy though,not to buy my love or anything like that,she knows she can't even earn my respect.i guess she does it to show off how much money she has,another one of her weird ways of showing off.lee nodded,and we headed towards our next stop.we were planning on arriving at pages bridge by 11,but I doubt we'll get there in time.while walking,we did what we always did.we yelled at jay for trying to use magic in front of children,chasing after my goggles when they blew in the wind,and laughing about god knows what.honestly,I call these guys nitwits all the time but they're really important for me.for eachother.i snap out of my train of thought,there was a loud thud. "William?!"I heard people yell.i must've fell while thinking.this happens way to often.
