Your regular Tuesday morning and me just getting ready for school, by the way, it's me Keilani! Me, my journal, and my phone right next to me. Just until my best friend which we've been friends forever!! We've been tight ever since birth, she's my birth buddy :). At school - | Me and Madison we're just walking to my locker and next thing you know he walks in. He is Ace aka my crush since the 6th grade and he still doesn't know which is kind of upsetting because I like him and Madi aka my best friend knows. *After Lunch* I just start walking to my locker waving at my other friends and saying 'hi!' to them, I got all my stuff for my afternoon classes and Ace is in my class after lunch! We locked eyes for 5 seconds until I asked the teacher to go to the bathroom and he also asked to go somewhere (obviously I don't remember) as I go and fill out the sheet and get my pass to go to the bathroom. The one time he says 'Hey'. Me being the awkward person I am I say Hi back and I can't look at his face.
I just felt like running away and with butterflies in my stomach I couldn't move. Stood still for like a minute until the bell rang, I ran away and grab my things. Let me remind you it was very awkward, I waved at him in the hallway until I bumped into Madi and she reminded me I am not the awkward, weird person Ace would think I am so I came up with this great idea to get his number : ) .
