I was sat with the whole cobra kai gang as they chatted away.
I will admit I wasn’t paying attention to the conversation due to be distracted by my boyfriend, Johnny Lawrence
I think they were talking about karate caues Johnny’s whole face had lit up and he was making alot of gestures.
I just enjoy watching his blond hair flop around an his large shoulders move as Johnny was a bigger guy for our age with large shoulders and a lean body.
“Yeah and then after the tournament there was Ali and Johnny in the car at the top of the hill, I remember lookin up and seeing Johnny’s white ass moving back and forth though the window and somewhere in there was ali ‘yes Johnny deeper Johnny’ I took off so quick” Dutch is howling with laughter as the rest follow but my gut had begun to form a pit at the mention of her name.
She was so pretty, everyone loved her I couldn’t compete with that.
Me and Ali weren’t even in the same league yet she dated Johnny and I was currently dating Johnny.
Why did he like me? I didn’t look like her and we couldn’t be more different honestly.
Maybe he doesn’t like me? Maybes I’m just easy to have around?, I wonder to myself but Bobby’s movement catches my attention as he and the rest of the gang have begun to get up.
I follow suite but my head still feels fuzzy and I feel Johnny’s hands grip my waist as he presses his chest to my back before leaning down to kiss the top of my head.
“whats happening in that pretty head of yours darling?” he whispers as if he can hear my overthinking and I give him a small shrug.
“nothing” i tell him as he slides his arms around my waist and I fiddle with his fingers as Dutch opens the door, that leads to the car park, for us.
“dont lie to me” he whispers to me as be tightens his grip, pulling me closer as we walk to his motorbike and I wiggle out of his grip getting on the bike.
“just tired” I just shrug as he swings his leg over the bike easing down as I slide my arms around his torso holding onto his chest.
“you never trust me why won’t you tell me anything?” he asks and I can hear his frustration as his shoulder tense.
“because nothing is wrong Johnny” I snap at him.
“whatever” he sighs as he kicks his stand up and begins to drive us back to his place as I snuggle into his back and my hands fiddle with the cobra kai badge on his jacket.
Were about half way home when I can feel my eyes water slightly but I blink them away and I can feel Johnny glancing at me.
His jaw is clenched but he is worriedly glancing at me.
“Johnny” I mumble.
“hm?” he hums and I tighten my arms around him.
“im sorry” i say softly.
“I’m sorry too” he speaks up as I stare up at him.
“when Dutch brought up Ali....I let my brain tell me negative stuff” I admit an my heart beats in my ear drums, I never Was good at talking about my feelings.
“I thought so” Johnny whispers as he frowns and pulls into his driveway parking the bike.
“I tried not to but its Ali y’know?”
“I get it babe I get it but it’s not like that she’s in the past I love her sure” his words make my eyes water as I lean back but he’s quick to grab my arms.
“Let go Johnny”
“no no (y/n) listen to me I didn’t mean it like that I love her but I’m in love with you she’s a friend” his scared eyes Meet mine and they relax me.
“im in love with you too Johnny” I tell him smiling as I lean up pressing my lips to his as he works his lips against mine while sliding his hand to my hips tugging me closer.
“we better head inside my mum is probably gonna kill me” he whispers against my lips but neither of us move for a second but I shuffle my hips back and get off the bike, Johnny following suite.
I open the front door as me and Johnny walk in trying to be quite as we head to Johnnys room there is a note on the door.
“i put spare clothes, towels and a few other things in the bathroom for (y/n) be good to her Johnny and (y/n) thanks for keeping him out of trouble” I grin at the note before I tug it off the door holding it close to my chest as Johnny leans down kissing my cheek.
I kick off my converse off as I sit them next to Johnnys.
I head to the bathroom as I see the stuff Laura has left for me an I smile having a shower before I wrapping myself in a towel and peaking out into the room as Johnny has already fallen asleep and I walk out getting dressed wearing the shorts Laura left me but stealing one of Johnny’s shirts.
I throw on some fluffy socks as i get on Johnny’s bed as I tug at his jacket.
“Johnny baby take your jacket off” I tell him as he gives me a half nod and helps me tug his jacket off.
I let it slide off the bed as I lay down and less then a second later Johnny’s strong arms are wrapped around me and his lips lazily leave kisses along my collar bones as he snuggles up into me.
I just smile sliding my hands to his hair as I close my eyes happily.
“Goodnight babe” he mumbles half asleep.
“goodnight baby.”
