This is Serenity Julienne Fullbuster. She is the daughter of Nashi and Greige Fullbuster, and twin Sister to Rin Fullbuster and older sister of Nala Comet Fullbuster. She uses fire ice dragon slaying and is able to turn into a vampire bat like natsu in this rp group called X-gen.
