Solo interview with the director/ Author of Time Travel: Jacie Choi~

Question #1: What gave you the inspiration to write Time travel and bring the story to life here in this platform?

JC: “I could still remember on a Christmas evening while first entering Wattpad for the very first time, I got the inspiration to write this book after reading the Manhwa entitled: “I'm coming– Mommy, where's my Daddy?” I got the motivation and the inspiration to write it and Baam, here's Time travel.”

JC: “Though I decided to write Time travel just for fun, I didn't expect it to grow big and for many people to start loving it so, I'm happy :D”

Question #2: What were some difficulties you had met while writing and making Time travel?

JC: “Difficulties was when choosing which person I think would fit the role more better. For Heeseung's role as the antagonist, I first thought of using Sunoo for it, but when Heeseung came to mind, I knew he could bring out a more better antagonist in the plot and so, I made him the antagonist.”

JC: “For Jaehyun's role, I was about to start Beomgyu in early but I thought that I won't make Beomgyu the bad guy and decided to star him in late, even if he kept nagging me to star him in with any chances, I still managed to star him but in a part where I thought he'd fit in.”

JC: “And lastly for K's role, I first thought of using Jimin for it because I think he'd do well, but when K came to mind, I thought: “Hmm, I think K might bring this role way more better to light.” and so proceeded to make him the star agent and gave Jimin the role of the Chief of Public Relations in the movie instead.”

JC: “Another difficulty would be finding the time and the time of day to publish or make a chapter to release for the book. I know that the readers may start to feel that their curiosity won't be satisfied by just this one or two chapters so, I'm always worrying in when to publish the chapters but I'm glad that my readers are patient with me and I love my readers and fam for that~”

Question #3: Time travel was the very first full book you have ever made, what do you think about it's success now in the present?

JC: “Looking at Time Travel's success and the love it's receiving from a lot of people now, I'm glad that this story of mine became a part of people's lives and happiness. I'm happy that I made my readers smile, laugh, cry with their journey with me all throughout writing and making Time travel.”

JC: “At first, I wasn't expecting much for this book since the time I started writing this, was when Enhypen was still new in the Wattpad Community, but as I continued walking down my path, people had started walking side by side with me all throughout this book and I'm happy from the very deep of my heart that many people from different countries and continents loved my book. Thank you so much for loving Time travel and for being by my side fam~”
