The whirlpool of carnage

the spiral of carnage begins-rewritten

3RD POV:

we zoom in on a blonde boy with blue eyes and whiskers on his face this is our protagonist naruto uzumaki who was chasing his now former friend sasuke uchiha who betrayed his village konoha gakure no sato.

he gets to the valley of the end only to find sasuke standing on the head of the madara statue. while he is on the hashirama statue.

"SASUKE!!" he yells to him to bring him back to his senses.

"come back to the village everyone is worried for you and sakura is worried the most."

(A/N: in this world naruto doesn't have a crush on sakura he used to but after she hugged sasuke right infront of him he realized he has no chance and fell into depression and the villagers weren't helping.)

sasuke turns around only for naruto to see what happened to his friend his face was half normal and the other half was gray and his eye was yellow.

"yo loser" sasuke says making naruto annoyed but naruto focused on the task at hand which is saving sasuke.

"orochimaru just is not gonna give you power he wants to take over your body you should knoe this!!"

naruto tried to reason with sasuke but sasuke's own pride and selfishness didn't allow him to understand.

"and what makes you think ill go back to the village you are clearly jealous of my power" sasuke said but naruto didn't care he wasn't jealous of his power.

but what naruto was really jealous of was how sasuke was treated in the village

all the girls in the village fangirled over him the merchants would give him discounts and he had financial support from the civilian council.

and always girl would get him gifts on his birthday and all the villagers would congratulate him

while naruto was the exact opposite.

the girls in the village would think he was weird and annoying and would'nt even look his way sometimes. the merchants would not sell him anything and even if they did they would double if not triple the price.

and the only financial support he had was for his monthly allowance by the hokage which was barely enough for food and rent.

and he never received a single gift on his birth day. and the villagers would organize a hunt for the 'kyubi reborn' on his birthday and would almost kill him if it werent for the ANBU guards assigned by the hokage to him.

back to the present

naruto was pissed at sasuke for thinking so highly of himself thinking that everyone was jealous of his power.

immediatly naruto punched sasuke in the face but sasuke tanked it and punched him back sending naruto flying into the river unconciouss.

sasuke stood at the top of the statue laughing and reveling in his great power not paying atention to what is happening down in the river with naruto.

with naruto.

naruto was floating on the river unconciouss but then suddenly red tendrils wrapped around him pulling him under the water.

naruto who was unconciouss started having a dream. a dream where he was the hokage waving at the civilians while everybody cheered for him and girls fangirling over him. and turned around only to see a small kid who looked exactly like him running over to him and hugging him.

back to the real world

naruto who was being dragged by the tendrils let out a tear and was pulled even deeper until the source of the tendrils was visible a red blob which latched on naruto's body taking it over.
