Jeongin woke up feeling cold and empty . Jeongin missed chan . He felt empty without him .
It's been more then a week since that day . And since then chan and jeongin hardly spend any quality time together .
Even if jeongin tried talking to chan ,the older would avoid him . Chan doesn't even come in their room when jeongin is there .
Jeongin felt upset ,empty and sacred . Sacred of what will the future bring to their relationship . He didn't wanna lose chan .
And jeongin wasn't the type to confront people . If someone was ignoring him ,he would just let it be . He doesn't have the courage to do that .
He wasn't like Felix who would simply just ask changbin if he was ignoring him head on . He would annoy him until changbin decides to talk about it.
He left his room after getting ready dishearteningly . He saw chan into the kitchen making breakfast . Jeongin gave a sad smile as he saw the older was laughing and playing with felix as they were making breakfast .
Jeongin entered the kitchen as both boys looked at him before Felix gave a bright smile while chan just gave a almost non existent smile .
He sat down in the chair that was placed before the kitchen counter .
Jeongin didn't return the smile . He didn't want even though he knew it would make felix a little sad . But he felt jealous and envy towards felix .
Why couldn't chan be normal with him again . Seeing both of them together laughing and playing made him feel hurt .
What did it go wrong ? Did chan know about his feelings for him ! But there's no way he could have found out . Or was it because he was really clingy and needy ? It probably was .
Jeongin mentally relied on his hyungs especially chan . Chan was his comfort zone . He loved him . So he felt more comfortable with chan about showing affection .
Jeongin wasn't big on affection but when he was with chan , it didn't seem to apply . He loved being clingy with chan .
Maybe that was the reason why they got distance over nothing at all . He shouldn't have been that way to chan at all . He probably made him so uncomfortable that he ran away .
If jeongin had controlled himself chan wouldn't have realized how annoying the younger was and so he left him .
Jeongin had cried the first few days of chan ignoring him but now he pushed his emotions so deep that there was no way he would crack and start crying out of nowhere .
" Innie your zoning out " felix waved his hands before jeongin snapping him out of daze .
" Sorry lixie hyung" he gave felix a apologizing smile .
" It's ok . Do you know chan hyung made all this by himself ! That's so impressive . "
They were so many different types of delicious food laying on the counter . His mouth watered .
" Come on eat eat eat ! " Felix excitedly passed him a plate filled with delicious food .
Jeongin pushed the plate back not wanting to fill into temptation . He can't eat now . He promised hyunjin that he would go and hung out the whole day with him .
" I can't eat right now hyung . I promised jinnie hyung that I would spend the day with him including breakfast "
" Ohh ok . Have fun on your date cutie ." Felix teased the younger .
" Ahh hyung , your annoying . "
Jeongin whined before getting up .
" I'll go now hyungs . Bye " jeongin waved at both of them before leaving their dorm to meet up with hyunjin.
Chan looked at the empty chair where jeongin was sitting in . It broke him completely not talking to the younger . Not getting their cuddle sessions . Not receiving the younger's affection was taking a troll on him .
He couldn't sleep more then a few hours these past week. His felt so tired and week all the time .
First few days jeongin would try to make small conversations with him or tried to stick to him all the time .
But now it's like chan didn't even exist in jeongin's world . Now that jeongin was giving his attention and affection to someone else who was hyunjin , chan felt agitated .
He didn't want to feel jealous of hyunjin but he did . Hyunjin and jeongin would be all over each other .
They did everything chan and jeongin used to do together .
The first few day chan would go to their room after midnight and would just admire the younger before kissing his forehead .
But now jeongin sleep with hyunjin cuddling almost every day making it impossible for chan to even pass by their room .
Because he once did and he regretted it so much . Jeongin way laid on top of hyunjin while hyunjin had his arms wrapped around the younger .
He felt weird . He didn't know what he was feeling . H felt sad , mad , empty , jealous everything .
He couldn't help but wish it was him in hyunjin's position just like how it use to be before he fucked up .
Maybe he shouldn't have ignored the younger because of this weird feeling .
He couldn't describe it. It made him want to do things that he shouldn't even dream of . It was wrong .
He can't break the promise he made to younger's parents that he would always protect their baby fox like his own younger brother .
He should think of him as his younger brother but he never did . He always had a special attachment with the younger and he knew it . But he never thought much of it .
But just as jeongin started to get older he felt more attached to the younger .
It wasn't his fault tho . Jeongin was just so beautiful and shined so bright that it made chan's heart melt . Before he knew it , he started to get the urge to never let him go .
To always love and protect him .
It was hard for him to stay beside jeongin as his favorite hyung when chan didn't even saw him as just his dongsen .
Of course chan knew what his feelings were called . He wasn't stupid . He had girlfriend before . So of course he knows but he didn't wanted to acknowledge it .
He was scared and was in denial . But he didn't wanna stay away from the younger anymore .
He missed him . He missed him to death and he regrets ignoring his baby .
