CHAPTER | 31 part 2

"What did you say, Minnie?"

"so this is not about the Work now?"

Miyeon said throwing an unbelievable stare at Minnie

"but Your personal matters? Now it explains those actions of yours. And now I know whatever issue I raised up will never be resolved because this is not about the work but your ego Minnie"
Miyeon said in a sarcastic tone

"Are you sure that it's only me Miyeon?"
Minnie walks towards Miyeon facing her

"That I'm the only one who is affected by the presence of each other huh?"

Minnie said looking intently at Miyeon their face is too close feeling each others breath, Miyeon stepped back but Minnie hold her arms and pulled her again.

"let me go!"
Miyeon said in a furious face

"Talk to me, just talk Miyeon, coz since the beginning of this project I was trying to reach you but you really shut yourself to me, don't take yourself away"
Minnie said,

"What do you think Minnie that after those years I will be ok huh? Like we can be friends again like before?! I f*cking tried Minnie but I can't"
Miyeon said, she's furious right now

"you know that I was dragged into this situation because of this fucking project, but I swear to God, I did my best to finish this so I can get myself away from you!"
Miyeon said that break her tone

"Why Miyeon? do you think it was easy for me? that I wasn't hurt too? you cheated on me!"
Minnie said, breaking her tone too in her last sentence.

"And did you actually believe that huh? is this how you think I am in 6years Minnie, that I CHEATED on you? did you really think that I CAN CHEAT on you?"
Miyeon said, making her eyes tear up

"I was young and fell in love with you which in the eyes of society is taboo. I received a lot of criticism, You know that Minnie and you saw how far I fought for that love because of you"

Miyeon takes a deep breath so she can continue her words looking at Minnie, Minnie's hands soften the grip from Miyeon's arms.

"I even stand with that love to my parents, then you will easily say to me that I cheated on you?!"
Miyeon immediately wipes the tears from her face.

"But why didn't you try to explain?! you just give up and leave me"

Minnie throws the question, it hurts for her to see Miyeon crying..

"Wow, I give up and leave you?! really Minnie?"
in her amazed face and sarcastic voice.

"I've been on your side Minnie whatever happens I always support. When we have ups and downs have you heard of me complaining? no, you don't, coz I really try to understand everything because I know I always HAVE YOU"
Miyeon can't stop herself from sobbing

"But that night Minnie, for once I felt tired, ONLY that night I was tired of reaching and waiting for your attention, just that night, but what did you do?!"
Miyeon points to Minnie's chest.

"I expect that you will try to comfort me, to make me feel that you understand me. because that's what I need that night Minnie! to feel that I was not alone, that I have a partner! that you are there. That you always trust me like how I TRUST YOU! but you know what it hurts me so much? that it's easy for you to decide to leave me and say those words"

Minnie let Miyeon hit her, she never think that way, for 6years she thought she's the only one left by Miyeon.

"I didn't know"
Minnie swallow a lump in her throat and said it in a small Voice

"because you didn't ask! because you choose to leave first!"
Miyeon sob, she wipes her tears and trying to calm herself and heaved out a sigh.

"I waited on you Minnie but you didn't fight for me"

that is the most painful word for Minnie.

"So don't you dare blame me for the things I did not do, coz even if I cheated or not, that night Min when you said those words is the day that you choose to gave up us!"

Then Miyeon removes Minnie's hand on her wrist and walks away from her, out of the office.
Minnie left standing while her tears are falling, realizing how jerk she was and how much she hurt Miyeon for 6 years.

Yuyeon, Sooshu, is walking in the hallway when they saw Miyeon came out of Minnie's office crying.

"Unnie?"
the girls said in Unison, they have a hunch what happened inside that room

Soojin and Shuhua gets Miyeon and hugs her and let her on Shuhua's shoulders cry,
Soojin look at Soyeon pointing her eyes at Minnie's office..

"Leave it to us Unnie"
And Soyeon and Yuqi rush to Minnie's office and saw the girl crying on her knees..
Yuqi and Soyeon Join her and immediately hugs her, they let the Thai cry until she stopped.
