Mind vs Might

League of Villains

It's been 5 months since Shinso joined Izuku to destroy society. During that time, Izuku increased his army size to 1000. It has been diffficult to control them all, but Izuku has trained his quirk enough. He has also moved up to an S rank villain, on par with All For One. Because of that many heroes have tried to take him down. That backfired though, as he added even more heroes to his army including Gang Orca. Shinso has also had sucess, having his own personal army and moving to an B rank.

On the heroes side, things have not went well. Society has lost more faith in heroes as they're dropping like flies. Combine that with the fact that All Might has been getting weaker by the day as a result of giving Izumi OFA, you have a recipe for disaster.

Izuku was walking around with Shinso, trying to find more villains or heroes to recruit when a knife came there way. Izuku dodged it, and tracked down who was there.

"You can come out now, Himiko Toga." said Izuku.

Toga came out with a knife in her hand, on guard.

"Who are you? How did you dodge my knife? How did you know my name?" said Toga.

"Well, when you're being hunted by every pro in Japan you learn to always have your guard up." said Izuku.

"Well give me your blood." said Toga.

"Sure, on one condition." said Izuku.

"And what is that?" said Toga.

"Join me. I can read your mind, and I know what you want. Society as mistreated you. Mocking you, hurting you, tormenting you, all because of something you can't control. Join me, and we can make a society that helps everyone, not just the fortunate." said Izuku.

"Ok, but you promise you'll give me blood." said Toga.

"Of course. I never break a promise." said Izuku.

"Deal." said Toga, shaking Izuku's hand.

The next couple of weaks were spent with Izuku building a blood machine for Toga. Until then, he happily gave her the blood of people who disrespected them. Izuku was currently robbing a blood bank when a purple mist came into the room.

"Who are you?" said Izuku.

"I am Kurogiri. I am here on the behalf of the Leauge of Villains. If you would come with me, I can show you our leader." said Kurogiri.

"Give me a few minutes. I want Shinso and Toga to be there." said Izuku.

"I can warp us there. Just give me the location." said Kurogiri.

"Nice try. I'm not revealing my base to people I just met." said Izuku.

(Few Hours Later)

It took longer then expected, but currently Izuku, Shinso, and Toga are staring at Shigaraki.

"So you are The Puppeteer. The new king of the underworld as some would put it. I'm not impressed. You're just a brat." spat Shigaraki.

"You're one to talk. Your about 5 seconds away from a temper tantrum." said Shinso.

"Whatever, I'm here with an offer. Join the League of Villains, and together we can destroy hero society." said Shigaraki.

"No thanks. I don't see why I would team up with you. There are no benifits, and if anything I'm losing more then I'm gaining." said Izuku.

"What are you talking about? Why wouldn't you want to team up with the future symbol of evil?" said Shigaraki.

"Well first off, we both want different things. I want to create a better world, you want to destroy everything. I have an army, you have 2 members. You are a man child with no real plan. You're what I hate the most about this world. Someone who's never been told no, and expect the world to be handed to him. I am strategic, I have plans and backup plans. The reason I don't kill you where you stand is respect to your master." said Izuku.

"How dare you say that. I'M GONNA KILL YOU!" yelled Shigaraki.

Shigaraki lunged at Izuku, but didn't get far before Shinso wrapped him in binding cloth.

"Even more reason why. You let your emotions get the better of you." said Izuku.

"Tomura, calm down." said a voice moniter with sound only.

"Master." said Shigaraki.

"There you are." said Izuku.

"Hello Puppeteer, or should I say Izuku Yagi." said the moniter.

"Bravo, you figured it out All For One." said Izuku.

"Yes, and I must say that is a great quirk you have. To bad your parents were too stupid to know." said AFO.

"Thank you. How are you these days since your face got caved in?" said Izuku.

"Quite fine actually. I wouldn't suppose you know who he passed OFA to." said AFO.

"I think me and you both know he gave it to Daddy's Little Princess." said Izuku.

"Yes it's a shame. To think if they noticed you they could have gave it to the best successor possible." said AFO.

"I'm pretty sure if we met he would try to give me OFA." said Izuku.

Shigaraki was having a mental breakdown at the fact that a brat was talking so casually with his sensei.

"But I'm quite shocked that no one has found out your weakness yet." said AFO.

"Everybody always wants something, some are more diffucult then others though." said Izuku.

"Well I hope you can reconsider our offer." said AFO.

"How about this, I don't work for you, and you don't work for me. But if one of us needs help, we'll be there." proposed Izuku.

"Deal." said AFO.

"Well then, we'll be leaving. And by the way, mess with my operations in any way, and we'll have a problem." said Izuku, before leaving with Shinso and Toga.

"Why are you partnering with them?" said Shinso.

"Yeah, I want to cut handjob so bad." said Toga.

"Well as the saying goes, keep your friends close, and your enimies closer." said Izuku.

"We will moniter this Shigaraki to better our needs, and when were done with him we'll kill him." said Izuku.

That's the chapter. I was gonna do some whole elaborate scheme to get Toga to be introduced, but I didn't feel like it. The next chapter will be from Izumi's POV as she will be going to U.A.
