- Darcy's  POV -

"Um, sure." Is all I manage to say.

"You can both get out." Mr. Hayland says.

As I get out, I see Harry. He looks worried.

"What happened?" He asks.

I tell him all the shit that happened in French class, then now.

"You better tell me when are your tutorials." He winks at me.

"I ain't that dumb. Chemistry's waiting for us." I say as we both walk to class.

As  usual, I sit on my table with him and our lab mates. I can't hear any of what the teacher says, I'm literally looking at the wall for no reason.

Not ADHD again, please.

Yes, I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was six. But normally, this thing is supposed to be done.

"Mrs. Williams!" The teacher says. "Detention room after school."

Not, detention. If there's anything worse than ADHD it's detention.

Shit.

- 3 PM -

School has finished.

You still have detention.

Harry said he'll be waiting for me to get out from that room. None of my friends have detention. The detention room was room 134.

Damn, everyone was mostly sleeping. Detention isn't that bad in here. I get out Looking For Alaska and continue reading.

"I wanted so badly to lie down next to her on the couch, to wrap my arms around her and sleep. Not fuck, like in those movies. Not even have sex. Just sleep together in the most innocent sense of the phrase. But I lacked the courage and she had a boyfriend and I was gawky and she was gorgeous and I was hopelessly boring and she was endlessly fascinating. So I walked back to my room and collapsed on the bottom bunk, thinking that if people were rain, I was drizzle and she was hurricane."

This book never stops amazing me.

I see Zayn handing me a paper. Obviously, Zayn has a lot of detentions.

Have you checked your schedule?

-Zaynx.

I write on the back of the paper.

Yes, I did. Tomorrow at 6.

-Darcy W.

I hand it to  him as he smirks.

He passes another  paper.

Formal much?

-Zaynx.

I just don't answer and keep reading the book.

- 5 PM -

I finally get out of that room. I haven't finished Looking for Alaska, but I read a good amount of it today.

Harry is actually outside, waiting for me. He smiles at the moment he sees me.

"How was detention, Miss Williams?" He asks, smiling.

"It was horrible. I can't believe I just got detention." I fake a british accent.

"Of course, it was. You hadn't this." He says, moving his hand from his head to his leg.

"You're an idiot," I smile.

"Frapuccino or Caramel?"  He asks.

He. Got. You. Starbucks.
