              You awoke to a bright new day on vacation. The ocean could be heard washing ashore before running back. You looked beside you. Jirou had shared a bed with you the previous night due to the amount of rooms the school booked but the little amount of beds. "No boy-girl bed sharing! If you are caught doing so you will return to the dorms and be suspended." said Mr. Principal the day before.

Despite others having secret romances in school, you had no one that loved you. Although, you did admire a certain someone. Katsuki Bakugou. Almost everyone knew how much you admired him, after all you took little effort to hide your feelings. You sat up, staring at the empty space left by Jirou. She must have left. You slid off the bed to get ready for your first official day on vacation by the ocean!

You stood by the elevator, dressed for the beach, waiting for it to arrive. The hotel was bustling, many people going in and out of their rooms, getting ready to go swimming, shopping, or do some other common tourist activity. One person you noticed that walked out of their room, half-dressed and yawning, was Katsuki.

You two were on first-name basis since you befriended him years ago. Katsuki must be going to the beach as well, after you noticed he was dressed in swim shorts and now held a surfboard under his arm.

Surfing was something you had been wanting to learn, although your fear of deep water made it difficult. You'd much rather gaze at the attractive people surfing than do it yourself. As Katsuki walked over, you smiled at him and waved. "Hey, Katsuki! Off to surf like all the hunks do?" He scoffed as you smirked.

"If hunks have to deal with your yapping, I don't want to be one." He turned around to head back to his room. You quickly grabbed his arm before he could.

"I'm joking! Kinda... Anyways, I wanted to know if you wanted to head to the beach together?" You gazed up at him, showing him your best attempt at 'puppy eyes'. He groaned and looked to his other side.

"Fine, but only since I'm already going that way and you're gonna leech onto me either way!" He walked past you and onto the arrived elevator. You pumped your fist in victory, despite Katsuki being a bum.

You've been at the beach for an hour now, just you and Katsuki. You swam a bit but were now resting on the shore, watching Katsuki tackle the waves with his surfboard. You chuckled as he cursed at the water that occasionally tipped him off his board, soaking his hair to his face. Though now he was finished, heading back with the tide. "How'd it go, darling?" You asked teasingly.

"Screw you, sweet mouth." You chuckled at the nickname. He called you "sweet mouth" ever since you met because you had always talked to him flirtatiously, calling him sweet names and teasing him. You had grown to accept it and even like it over the years.
"You say my mouth is so sweet, why not come give it a taste test?" Katsuki's face turned bright pink at your words. He avoided your eyes as you stood up to face him, tired of straining your neck and wanting to get a good look at his flustered face.

Suddenly, he turned towards you and in the blink of an eye, his lips were on yours. You were stunned, yet closed your eyes and melted into his gentle kiss. He pulled away, blushing profusely. "Tastes pretty sweet to me." He said, smirking.

You were blushing almost as much as he was, you had never thought he would actually kiss you! You looked at him, the sun shining behind him and the waves crashing on the sand, running up to his feet. The view was amazing here.

"I'm happy I got to enjoy this view. Although... don't you want to double check the taste? Maybe you got it wrong." You tapped your lips lightly, smiling at him. The ends of his lips curved upwards a little, though he hid the bottom half of his face with his hand after you had seen him almost smile.

He glanced at you. "Fine!" He put down his hand, gently caressed your face and kissed you with much more force than last time. He smiled into the kiss as you wrapped your arms around him. He pulled away a little too soon.

"I think the view looks better with not just me, but you..." He spoke unnaturally soft, very different from his usual loud, aggressive demeanor. You pulled him down to your height and kissed his cheek.
"Thanks, Katsu." He stared at you.
"Whatever, sweet mouth."

Please excuse my long absence, I've been trying to work on my mental health along with balancing responsibilities and now school. I'll try to update more to attempt to expand my vocabulary and use larger and more complicated words meanwhile exercising my writing skills in general.
