It has been 17 years since the Louds have seen their missing brother/son, Lincoln after he was kidnapped by mysterious soldiers. They have almost given up hope when they were informed that he was alive, but what they didn't know was that he was now...
After informing the Louds of their findings, the two agents quickly left seeing that their was no way to change their minds. They were going to try and find their son...even if it meant getting through the numerous friends and mates that he possibly has.
"Are you sure that we can't talk them out of it? If we state the facts then...." the woman started to say before her partner interrupted her.
"They won't listen. They will keep trying to find their missing family member even if it meant certain death." The man stated trying hard not to think about his missing brother who was also apart of the experiments.
"But..." The woman started to say before giving up. It was impossible to change her partner's mind since she knew that he would do the same thing as the Louds. A fact that already installed in her mind since she saw the sick thing that they turned his brother into.
Meanwhile, a man was walking into town when he stopped and stared at the sky. He wondered if his brother was thinking about him, but he quickly shook that feeling off. It had been several years since they were separated and he was...a monster. I mean...who would love a man who could also become a giant cartoon dog. (That's right...I added Cartoon Dog who will be a friend/rival to Lincoln).

"Hm...I wonder if I could see my old friend, Lincoln." He said. His relationship with Lincoln was complicated since...they were literally dog and cat. Two animals that were constantly at each other's throats (and could get along given the circumstances). No matter. It was time for one of their showdowns anyway so.....
Let's see if he will finally beat that cat.
At the same time, Lincoln was in his room when he got an urge to scratch a certain dogs eyes out. That could only mean one thing. It was time for another cat and dog fight. Hopefully none of those foolish humans will interfere or....
They will be torn apart limb by limb. Besides they know better than to stop a fight once it begins.
