At 11:37 a.m., he was driving from his home in South Carolina to the University of Florida to take an early morning bike ride down the state's scenic coast. After a few miles, he hit a tree and, in his rage, struck a woman who was sitting in the car. The woman, in her 40s, stopped just short of him but began to yell at him. The man pulled up next to her, then yelled at her to go back. "I'm going to beat you to death and you're going to get a lot of bad karma for that," He said, according to one of the witnesses in the case. "This is a way to tell your neighbor that this is an illegal"...
