Chapter 6 - Day out

Its now Saturday. You decided to invite Maria, Yelena and Monica (a friend from one of your classess.) Carol shows up at the front of the venue.

y/n: Hey carol, i hope you don't mind i invited some people with us today.

Carol: No thats fine, i like a lot of company.

y/n: Thank god, anyways this is Yelena and Monica. My best friend and my roomate.

Carol: Hi nice to meet you.

y/n: And this is Monica, she's a classmate of mine. You might have seen her around the school.

Carols eyes were completely glued onto the figure infront of her. 

Monica: Hi nice to meet you.

Monica extends her hand to Carol with a smirk on her face. You could sense Carol's struggle and giggled. You grabbed her hand and gave it to Monica's.

Both of them said nothing after that so you decided to get inside to book the movie.

y/n: Ok guys i have the tickets. Carol and Monica you guys go inside and find our seats, me and Yelena will get the food.

Monica: Ok sounds good. C'mon Carol.

Monica grabs Carol's hand and walks away. You and Yelena wait in line for the food. You started to tense up. Yelena noticed.

Yelena: Something's up, what happened.

You looked at her with a worried look.

y/n: Im fine, nothing happened.

She gives you a devilish look and raises her eyebrow.

Yelena: Look im not going through this whole thing of me asking you if you're fine and you saying you are, when we both clearly know somethings wrong.

You sign. Your bestie knew you better than you knew yourself, so their was no point in lying.

y/n: Ok fine, so there's this girl...

Her eyes widen with joy.

Yelena: Really?! Girl im so happy for you.

y/n: Hang on, i haven't even finished.

Yelena: Ok sorry, continue.

You explain to her everything that's been happening, including the fact that you had blurted out your feelings to her yesterday.

Yelena: y/n

She pulls you into her warm embrace. You had no more tears to cry since you had your moment last night so you hug her back with a smile.

Yelena: Look everythings gonna be just fine, im here for whatever you need.

You give her a smile and hug her once more. Just your luck, once you let go of her you saw Ms Maximoff and Mr Barnes behing her, approaching the you both. You look at Yelena with a worried expression and said.

y/n: Look behind you.

You signal her to look behind 

Yelena: Is that him. Wow talk about a bad taste in guys. Let me hit her.

You giggled but shook your head.

y/n: You said you would always be here if i need anything right, well i need you now.

You whisper something in her ear and she agrees.
