Blip didn't exactly know what made up a family on account of the fact he could not remember if he had any. He was only the ripe age of 7, granted he was smart for one, but he was already put through to much. Childhood was ripped away much too earlier, forced to survive as a street rat. He also learned people would not help him very much, if he was attempting to beg for food or money he was either ignored or at times, a cruel group of teengers may pull some sadistic prank on him by giving him fake money or something. Now granted, Blip was much too innocent to understand why they did this either laughing with the teenagers or getting happy he got money, that was fake. even i'm not sure how he survived for such a long time, most of the time when he got money he actully gave it to other people that he thought were in more need of it than him which, sadly they mostly used for it for drugs, or something else.
