jungkook was surprised taehyung has not been noticed, he was glad but no one paid attention to each other here. everyone was busy just wanting to have fun.
"how do people get picked to sing? do they just walk onto the stage?" jungkook questions
"well the first few people yes but after them a light beam will come around the crowd and whoever it shines on has to go up" taehyung said as jungkook nodded
"thank you for today I have really enjoy it with you" jungkook said
"thank you for trusting me" taehyung said linking his arm with jungkook's.
they watched as people were getting picked to sing while they walked towards the crowd and started to dance along with everyone.
Oooo's were heard in the crowd as the light beam was shining through the crowd.
"oh shit" jungkook said as the light stopped on him and taehyung. taehyung turned to him and smiled widely
"I dont know tae" jungkook said but was late as taehyung had already started dragging him to the front of stage where they were both handed microphones.
they both stood next to each other and watched as a song was picked for them.
"we are gonna do something different now, today we will have one slow song and one fast song" the host said as everyones eyes were focused on the song that they were gonna pick.
a song was picked and a lot of people looked confused, no one seemed to know what the song was or where it was from. The music started and lyrics showed up on the screen in front of them.
Jungkook eyes lit up, he knew exactly what this song was and where it was from.
"can you imagine? What would happen? If we could have any dream" jungkook sung and looked at taehyung who gave him a beautiful bright smile.
"I wish this moment, was ours to own it- and that it would never leave" jungkook looked at taehyung who lifted the mic to his lips.
"then I would thank that star, that made our wish come true (come true), oh yeah" taehyung sung while he stepped towards jungkook.
"cause he knows that where you are"
"Is where I should be too" taehyung sung as he stood right in front of jungkook watching as jungkook took a deep breath and lifted the mic to his lips.
"right here, right now, I'm looking at you-and my heart loves the view" they both sung together
"cause you mean everything"
"right here, I'll promise you somehow-that tomorrow can wait. for some other day to be (to be)
but right now there's-you and me" jungkook and taehyung both sung as they looked at each other.
"if this was forever-what could be better? we've already proved it works" taehyung sung as he spun around and looked at the crowd to see everyone swaying side to side with their phone touches in the air.
"but in two thousand one hundred twenty three hours. a bend in the universe"
"Is gonna make everything (everything)- In our whole world changed (is our changed, yeah)
and you know that where we are (where we are)"
"will never be the same-oh, no (oh, no)"
"right here, right now (right now) I'm looking at you" taehyung said turning back to jungkook and walked closer to him.
"and my heart loves the view-'cause you mean everything (everything)" taehyung sung while his hand creased jungkook cheek
"right here, I promise you somehow (somehow we're gonna)-that tomorrow can wait, for some other day to be (to be)" jungkook sung as he placed his hand on top of taehyung's
"but right now there's you and me" jungkook whispered as he stared into taehyung's eyes, giving the male a loving smile.
everyone cheered and both males smiled and bowed, everyone shouted "ONE MORE SONG" which made taehyung and jungkook laugh as they all nodded and turned to see what song they would be singing.
"that was so much fun" jungkook said as they both walked towards the car.
"I am glad you had fun" taehyung smiled as they hopped into the car.
"now I have one more surprise" taehyung said
"really?" jungkook said as he put his seat belt on
"yes" taehyung said smiling as they drove off.
they spent the drive talking, laughing and doing what they love singing.
"work?" jungkook questioned
"yes" taehyung smiled as he pulled into the back of the building, it was dark outside but the lights around carpark made everything light up.
taehyung parked his car and made sure the key was still in his pocket before they both step out the car. jungkook followed taehyung and stopped in front of the something hidden under the black sheet.
"this is your present from andy" taehyung smiled as he grabbed the cover and pulled it over the car.
jungkook's eyes widened when he saw the flash car with a red bow right in front of him.
"he got me a car?!" jungkook said watching as taehyung got something from his pocket and placed it in his hands.
"I was gonna get you this for your birthday but I knew you would not accept it and andy thought so as well as this is a birthday present from the company and andy."
"oh my gosh" jungkook said as he unlocked the car and opened the door.
"so flashy"
"do you like it?" taehyung asked
"I love it" jungkook said smiling
"I also have a present for you" taehyung said as he grabbed a box from his other pocket and handed it to jungkook.
"you have already done so much for me, you did not need to get me anything" jungkook said as he opened the small box and gasped.
"oh tae, It is beautiful" jungkook said picking up the ring and placing it on his finger only to see writing carved onto it.
you saved me, you're special to me- I love you ggukkie.
"oh taehyung" jungkook said placing the ring on his finger before walking to taehyung and pulling him into a hug.
"thank you so much taehyung it is beautiful" jungkook said
"I love you more Tae" jungkook said letting his hands wrap around taehyung's waist.
taehyung felt his heart race but felt so content in jungkook's arms that he felt sad when the male pulled away.
"you have made today perfect and I cant thank you all enough" jungkook said
"you're welcome" taehyung smiled.
"you ready to drive home in this car?" jungkook nodded his head at taehyung's question.
"you better get home before it gets late, what time are you going to your parents tomorrow?" taehyung asked
"around 3pm I will pick you up" jungkook said causing taehyung to chuckle and smile
"good see you then" taehyung said
jungkook stepped closer and leaned in slowly, he placed his lips onto taehyung's and smiled when the male slowly kissed back. It was a short but sweet kiss.
"see you tomorrow" jungkook said and chuckled when taehyung ran to his car.
"he is such a cutie" jungkook said before looking back at his new car.
